Salesmanago is a fantastic marketing automation tool. It has a lot of features, I still don't use all of them, but I recommend the email creator, workflow, forms and popup creator, live chat, RFM, web pushes and pushes in the mobile app. Awesome tool for online stores. Plus they have a fast and efficient support team.
When it comes to CRMs, there's "no one size fits all", and in my industry (travel) while going for a CRM it's been a really difficult choice which to choose. Although, I wasn't in the company at the time, I saw the other choices and I reckon they opted in for the right tool.
I had some experience with various ESPs and CRMs (to this day on some other side projects I use Omnisend and Klaviyo), but I can definitely say that when it comes to automation, SALESmanago is phenomenal and covers our needs as it should.
Let's start with the pros:
— success managers always there for you;
— they are willing to listen to your experience;
— UI/UX is very simple, especially when building flows;
— constantly looking to upgrade.
Some of the cons:
— looking at the sales analytics, you cannot change the dates, but you can only choose the pre-determined dates such as "current week", "past week", "current month", "past month" etc;
— I would love to be able to export a .csv file of contacts who've converted so I can cross-reference with our internal system analytics, otherwise all I see is a number of people and how much traffic is happening;
— most changes are merely cosmetic;
— predictive analytics aren't optimised for audiences who convert once per year.
Also, it must be noted that lots of stuff has been left unused by my team due to the nature of our business and resource limitations, but the main stuff relevant to us is extremely good.
Lastly, when integrating it, the developers received the API documentation which wasn't really up to the task (do note we have a custom web). They didn't understand what to do, so expect marketeers to be the bridge between the devs and the company when integrating it. Unless the documentation has been updated in the meantime.
I really appreciate the partnership with Sales Manago - I am a user of this engine for almost 5 years now. Great way to send mails to my customers. Great customer service as well!

1. Customer service - always had quick responses form the support team. They receive feedback on the same day! A team of professionals is ready to assist in problem-solving and provide answers to inquiries.
2. Great new Email Design Studio. You can create what you require with a bit of consideration, time and attention.
3. A lot of tools in one platform (email, ads, push, itp).
4. UX could be better.
SalesManago is a very sophisticated and professional tool to support marketing activities. I wanted to emphasise that technical support responds very matter-of-factly and quickly to problems that arise. The service is very helpful and professional.

The company did not fulfill the agreement as agreed, yet charged me for the entire contract period. When I filed a complaint, even though they knew the fault was on their side, they started debt collection proceedings. This resulted in financial loss of over 2k usd for my company for a service that was never implemented due to Salesmanago/Benhauer's fault.
Their system does not work as advertised in their marketing materials or during meetings. After signing, the responsible personnel for your service constantly changes, and in the end, your case is handled by debt collectors even if the company knows that the fault is on their side. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Fatal experiencia con Sales Manago. Contratamos la herramienta principalmente para automatizaciones de e-mail marketing (las expectativas que nos ofrecieron eran buenísimas) y no ha funcionado bien ni un día.
Lleva pendiente actualizarse desde hace meses y presentan bugs internos. Además, su equipo de soporte da unos plazos de entrega larguísimos sin que lleguen a solucionar nada.
Gran pérdida de tiempo y dinero.
From my 6years experience in CRM, worst experience so far.
❌ They called themselves automation specialists but could not send our welcome email on time (20min delay).
❌ Each time we had an issue we were adding to a ticket queue, and every two weeks, they would scale up to another team.
🤔 They were answering our emails sometimes at 11 PM... but unfortunately couldn't help so much. I think our account manager was overwhelmed; we could see a lot of stress. Not recommended at all to work with or work within.
📛 When we tried to agree with them not respecting the basics we had agreed on the contract, they stopped answering. No news from them for 4months, and no information from our money ;)
Its scam, dont use it. They send contract, you cant stop till one year, than they send sharks layer on you with 1000$ bill. Avoid and save money and nerves.
Recommend Sales Manago to all those who want to build a strategy around sending emails to your customer base. User-oriented interface and problem-oriented customer support is my experience of them so far.
