Sakura Knives Bewertungen

Overall excellence in sharpness, visual presentation and makes kitchen life easier.

Quality product. Free shipping.

Ordered the set and it met all expectations. Extremely beautiful and very sharp knifes. My favorite set now and might get some more for presents. But, what also impressed me a lot is that my shipment was lost after arriving in customs and Hiroshi contact me before the shipping company and sent me another set right away. Hope to get the lost set as I was told that I could keep both.

This company is one of many that uses AI to generate a brand. This one comes with a lovely false backstory - a lot of computer-generated pictures, and AI generated text. The knives are probably fine for occasional cooks, all the mass produced cheap Chinese knives work more or less. It's the blatant foundation of lies that I wanted to point out. You'll get laser etched low end stainless steel mimicking a folded Damascus look - and you'll pay a little extra for function you could achieve from a knife off the Dollar General shelves.

Absolute scam. Made in China. Not Damascus steel. Laser etched. Garbage

The knives are what I ordered that was great to see. I have been trying to find a wood block to keep these knives ready for use.

Well it took forever for the knives to get to me , the shipper lost the first order (and Sakura discounted my order by 10% to make up for it THANK YOU!) And I actually wondered if I was being scammed.
But they got here and are a joy to use. Cut up some pork for curry and it was hard to tell I was actually cutting meat till I looked at the pile of slices.
THANK YOU FOR THIS SET OF KNIVES AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.

Sakura knives are amazing and exceptional quality. Ready to know my blades and learn how to properly utilize all eight knives to prepare great meals for family & friends. Started with the Honesuki to carve a roasted chicken dinner. Effortlessly able to carve the roast to perfection. Thank you and will enjoy using!

Beautiful and ergonomic. Love them.

I've used this knife for raw vegetables, meat, and mushrooms. It makes clean cuts (no sawdust). I wish I had known, earlier, how good these knives are.

I'd like the quality of the knife.Hiroshio did a great job.

Knives are razor sharp
Delivered as promised

A high quality knife made by a real craftsman! A rare thing these days. A pleasure to use.

The 3 things that I found important are these: transit time for delivery was relatively quick, considering that these are shipped from overseas. When I emailed Hiroshi a question, I got an immediate and informative response. And of course, these knives are forged in such a way and of such a material as to make them perfect for their intended use.

The knives are excellently made and well balanced. The sharpness of the blades is unbelievable compared to what I had been using, makes me wish I would have gotten these sooner.

They are so beautiful. I want to buy my son a set for Christmas. He and his wife always visit Japan for their anniversary. He speak fluent Japanese. They just travel and stay with friends they made. They would love these!!! I can’t wait to do all my prep with them.

very sharp and very attractive

Very nice knives. Cut without effort. They will continue to be excellent, if they hold their edge!
