Process of ordering and collection not as slick as it used to be.
Could only order online on a specific device. Would not allow me to order on Ipad or Iphone. Luckily I had another device but not everyone does.
On arrival no one at the counter (and this has been the case on a couple of previous occasions when I have ordered travel money). Today was a wait of about 10-15 minutes but previously it has been longer. I live fairly local so had not been a problem on previous occasions to call back but if you don't, a second journey to collect (and the counter being closed again) is not ideal. Today I waited. Assistant apologised for the wait several times which I appreciated.
25p for an envelope to take the money home in. Not a chance.

Great; I am really impressed how easy it was to order currency online in the comfort of your own home . And did not have to wait long before receiving confirmation that it was ready to collect.
The only thing I would say is that you could be given slightly longer to collect

Easy
Easy, fast and convenient to order and collect on our next shopping trip. Nectar discounts were useful, and we will be happy to use them again!

They dont care about the customer
I got a phone call telling me that although I had ordered my money for Friday the 14th, the only day I was free to pick it up, that I would have to pick it up before 4.30 that day because the shop was closing early that day because the person working there was finishing early for personal reasons.
I got this call on the Thirsday as no one had arranged cover.
This meant I had to try and get time off work to collect the money as could not on the actual day I had paid to get it.
The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because teh gentlemen serving was very nice and professional.
