Easy to use online ordering, when there is an issue you have called me to discuss options and resolutions and have them dealt with it quickly. Delivery has always been excellent, I know I am going to get my items on time!

I ordered dinghy parts for our club boats which I required urgently and Sailing Chandlery ensured they were delivered by noon the next day to Northern Ireland. They exceeded my expectations and I felt we had a partner helping us.

I phoned and the call was answered quickly, by a real, very kind and helpful person, who corrected my error immediately and confirmation arrived before I put the 'phone down. From receipt of my order to despatch was really quick. 5 star.
Unfortunately courier is Royal Mail, and I'm still waiting to receive my order. 0 star. RM say parcel not lost but stuck due to lack of staff for delivery!
The items were needed for this weekends sailing, too late now.
Other couriers usually deliver on or ahead of time. Time to change courier?

UPDATE - following my visit to RM sorting office on Saturday 8th, the staff were exceptionally helpful and promised to look for my parcel on Monday 10th. They did and delivered it to me immediately about 10.00 on Monday, ahead of all other deliveries. Can only compliment the local RM staff for their service.

Everything as described, complete and on time :-). New trolley wheels transformed my experience, making it much easier to manage the boat on land, during launch and when returning land and bringing her in. :-)
