Bought expensive Tommy Hilfiger glasses. Model still being produced, but little older than 2 years. No garantee anymore......no bill
Would however expect some service when the plastic gets dry and the glasses' legs fall apart.

Not satisfied, would expect to get new legs.....this is not customer mis-use, but clear quality issue

I bought glasses Isabel marant in a French optical shop. After only a few months they broke a first time and then a second time. It took safilo more than 3 week to provide the optician with the part. All this time I was left with no glasses. They are impossible to reach , don’t answer emails or phone calls. I think the luxury brands should cancel the licence contract.

I had bought a sunglasses Safilo-Carrera a couple of year ago and I have seen a kind of film detaching from the lenses for a months. I have mailed to customer care to know something about this really unusual things but they have answered me to 'go back to the shop you had bought', "it is an old item". This is the first time I notice this kind of things on the lenses of a good sunglasses! Never more. Safilo controls the production of many fashion brands' sunglasses.
