After our wonderful Chardham experience…

After our wonderful Chardham experience with Saffron Chariot, we decided to book a customized Nainital and Jim Corbett tour package through them this season, and they didn’t disappoint. If you are traveling from Haridwar, the transition they provide is incredibly smooth.

The highlight of the trip was definitely the Jim Corbett Jeep Safari. The driver Saffron Chariot arranged was very experienced; he knew exactly where the tiger movement was high in the Bijrani zone. We were lucky enough to spot a Bengal tiger near the watering hole—a moment my family will never forget! The resort they picked in Ramnagar was tucked right into the forest, offering that authentic jungle vibe but with all the luxury comforts.

The second half in Nainital was equally magical. From a peaceful boat ride on Naini Lake to a quick visit to the Naina Devi Temple, everything was perfectly timed. We also did a small excursion to Kainchi Dham (Neem Karoli Baba Ashram), which was a soulful addition to the trip. Our driver was more like a local guide, showing us the best spots for authentic Pahadi food and hand-made candles on Mall Road.
