called this company to enquire about picking a trolley urgently needed, at 4pm in the afternoon "all the pickers had gone home", and that whilst they could answer the phone and they would be open to collect today, it would be a wasted journey, given the current times you would think any sale was an important one even if just a £25 trolley clearly not

I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. As a glasses wearer I don't get fogged up glasses or a hot face...

Ordered on Sunday and paid over £40 for delivery to be on Tuesday or Wednesday. Got an email on Wednesday (day of delivery) telling me that they had a problem with their website and that one of the items was not in stock and they would not ship without a full load. They offered me a cheaper alternative to the item I ordered, stating they would refund the difference in price, and as I was desperate to get the items in by the Friday I agreed.
They then dispatched the order on the Wednseday afternoon and it arrived by Thursday to be fair to them.
However, a week went on and I still did not recieve my refund so had to chase them up for this. After chasing up a refund was issued for the difference in price of the items.

When ordering something online, especially high value orders I just want the items to arrive as described on time. They stated that their first mistake was an issue with the website (although im not sure why it took them until the day the item was due to arrive to let me know), so I thought okay.
Then having to chase up for my refund has tipped me to reviewing that I would not use again or reccomend to anybody I know. I don't believe they are a company who values the time of their customers as there have been two occasions I have had to chase up with the company for this single order.

As a positive the items were as described, its just a shame about the service.

we use this company on a regular basis god alone knows why. The latest debacle was last week. we placed an order Thursday for Friday delivery, when I called Friday afternoon to enquire where it was i was informed by some jumped up jobsworth that it was just being picked! when i asked why i hadn't been informed of the delay i was told its counter productive to have some one tell customers their order was delayed. we were offered a Saturday delivery which we accepted it never arrived! 9 hours wasted sat in the office. it finally arrived today after yet another nudge from me only to find the boxes overloaded, totally trashed and held together with DPD tape.

Does exactly what it's meant to do. Seems well made and easy to move about when loaded with something on it.

Arrived at expected time and excellent value for money. The are very sturdy and exactly what I needed for My job. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company again

delivery arrived late with no explaination given as to why ??.. i had to ring them to enquire as to where my order was & was just told ‘oh there is a delay on this one’ & no reason as to why.. no emails or text messages whatsoever..i wasn’t impressed sorry
