The fire marshal training was solid and worth the time. The trainer knew the subject inside out and kept things clear and practical. No pointless filler, just the stuff we actually need to deal with real situations. Good pace, good explanations, and plenty of space for questions.

Having paid for a fire door inspection, to be told that you don't do the remedial works and now found out other companies wont use third party reports is very disappointing and think we are going to go elsewhere, feels more of a money grab for a charity where money is tight.

The Engineer, Luc, was very positive and upbeat. He helped me by going over the weekly testing procedure as I wasn't 100% sure of procedure. Great job, thank you.
