SafeGlaze UK

Excellent customer service throughout. Absolutely delighted with our new door. Highly recommend Safe Glaze

Excellent service all round. Good communication concerning arrangements for the fitting and a friendly, polite fitter who worked very efficiently. We have the best door in the street now.

Very happy with quality and fitting of my windows and doors 👍🏻 Would recommend to anyone

Done a lovely job of our front door and very reasonably priced. Have now booked for some windows done

Thank you very much for our great door and service received.

I have never purchased anything from a door to door salesperson. But I was on holiday and the new young employee fro Safeglaze called. His manner was one of calmness, listened and I never felt pressured. I asked for a free quotation. Again your representative was truly courteous and non pressuring. I explained I was in the Property Maintenance trade with Southhams District Council. He displayed the product, we were very impressed with the style and quality. I explained I had a fare idea of what I should be paying. We agreed on the price and I paid the deposit. I can honestly say that Safeglaze (now Neoglaze) are a truly professional company who treat you with respect, do not pressure you and keep you informed every step of the way.
The two fitters fitted all our 9 windows and 1 French Style Door in a single day. They were well organised, clean, tidy and truly well mannered guys. They are a true credit to your company.
During fitting, the office rang a couple of times to ensure all was going well.
Your customer service is truly excellent and I would strongly recommend you and hope to use your company again through my works.

Amazing addition and look to my home. Poilte and very supportive staff showed me all my options and fitted a secure well made front door with a low profile step my mum can easily step over compared to the old door

Excellent fitters with high standards kept home clean
will be back for more windows
definitely would recommend safe glaze
Excellent after sales
All the neighbors came round to see the new door

The workmanship is of a high standard. The workmen worked well and clean. Very impressed.

Just had our 3rd job completed, different fitters each time, all the fitters and scaffolders work like Trojans, never stop, and take a great pride in the work they do

Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out

Fitting schedule for Friday but only did patio doors as the front had not been delivered, so was completed on Saturday, gaps left inside on the walls of the patio doors, which ourself sorted
Good quality very pleased

Last week two very pleasant, efficient young installation guys came and replaced my bedroom window and my porch window and front door. The product and workmanship were excellent and all the old fittings were taken away so that l had no clearing up to do after they left. I thoroughly recommend.

From start to finish the process was stress and pressure free. The sales rep that came to my house to provide us with a quote was very honest, personable and professional and the windows we had throughout our kitchen and bathroom were excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Safe Glaze to anyone!!!

Fantastic job, lovely design and fitter was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had a salesman come to our home selling us the new composite doors they where offering an they looked fantastic . They were a little expensive for us but we got an area discount apparently !!! So we went ahead with the new door . After the door had been fitted a week later we found out that the door was not composite at all !!!! so we payed for a composite door an got a pvc door !!! Spoke to head office told them the full story an said they would sort this out . At the end of the day this is fraud !!!! If I had know the door wasn't what they said it was we wouldn't of had it . We are thinking about goin to court because there selling doors that arnt what they say they are. I have several houses that need Windows an doors but we will never use these fraudsters again . I advise u all to stay well away from SafeGlaze fraudsters

I was delighted with the service, quality of the windows and the standard of workmanship of the installer. Due to the fact my property is a holiday let I had a tight schedule to work to and Safe Glaze were able to meet restraint at my convenience,. Thank you.
