Great service

Worst customer service , i order online and i still dont know the status of my order .

Please upgrade your system .

I go to this store the day it open and today I had under 1 years child on me which I was holding and 6 years child, as I went to the cashier with shopping basket and I asked her if you can kindly put my shopping in the bag for me and she replied you can read their there is notice customer has put their shopping on their bags and I told her that I’m holding a toddler as you can see so she pointed out to another child and I said to her she is 6 years old she can’t even reach to the till and she refused to put the items in the bags so I have to do it to pack by myself. Poor customer service skills and extremely rude behaviour as she throw the bags and took the money and walked away.

I was so impressed with Sadda - They texted me to check if it was OK to provide a substitute brand and kept me well informed as to when my order would arrive. It did so on time, but unfortunately one of the bottles was damaged. I texted Sadda and they replied immediately and apologised, then refunded the price of the damaged item. A great service and great prices - I would certainly recommend.

It was very convenient to order on line and the shopping was delivered the next day Sadda store did a very good job saved me hassle of finding a place to park and also avoid the queues

The packaging was very poor. Flour package broke, daal package broke and it was a mess. The box for frozen items was very dirty.

I ordered from the Sadda online and should have been suspicious that there was no email order confirmation. The details show on my Bank statement along with some young man's mobile no which I rang on sunday morning. I suspect he manages their website and is siphoning monies. Orders never go through. FRAUD!
I sent an email to ask about my order and still no response.

Fresh vegetables with great packaging. On-time delivery as well. A lot of variety for many asian/indian grocery items. Price is more or less same like other asian groceries stores but nice offers makes the deal sweet. Worth a try !

Very good service and all products were well received no damage. Despite being delivered to Channel Isles it was delivered in 4 days maximum. Kudos to the team.

Good range of Indian products and quick delivery

I placed my Order on 15 Feb and selected a date of 17 Feb for delivery. It's 19 feb now and my order still showing as processing. No one picks the phone

Good packaging and fast delivery but one item is missing (methi ) and also ketchup is not available so they should return our money but instead of this they replace with some sweet otherwise if they improve these things then it is the best online shopping site

I have great experience with sada online, they do their best😊

Overall experience with online ordering was good however the veggies sent were not good quality and some had to be thrown away.
