This company does NOT say upfront that they are based outside the U.S.A. Thus, there is NO customer support, they are dishonest with advertising of products as well as downright lies about shipping. So mad at myself for not looking into these multiple, horrible reviews. NEVER order - learn from other's mistakes!

This is a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER! I wish I would of read reviews before buying this. I order is 3 months ago and haven’t received anything yet. I am wrong them multiple times trying to get a refund and they will not even respond. I am currently fighting the charges.

Took over 2 months to arrive. Whenever I tried to contact them for a refund or even just an update, they NEVER followed up. I was ready to report them and fight the charge through my credit card provider when it showed up the day I moved to a new place. Also it has a lot of air in it, including bubbles. That doesn’t seem right and appears to affect the way it functions. You could buy better quality for less and not have to wait over 2 months for it.

I wrote a rather nasty review first and then I contacted them via the Facebook page.
Needless to say I received my order today and I only contacted them on Thursday and I got notification that it will be here today.
I don't know that this will work for everyone but I tried calling And I tried the email listed with no response. So I said what the hell.
Both that I ordered are beautiful I wish I could share pictures.

Never received product. Continuously received email responses saying that it was still on its. Eventually received a "tracking number", which never apparently leaves China. This company lies. Their site should be removed. Continously saddened by people's willingness to scam others for what? A couple of dollars?

Keep getting the run around fro. this company. They just string you along. I disputed the charge. Horrible company!

Wish I could give them a zero. It’s been over two months and still haven’t received my pkg. the first shipping link they sent said it was delivered but I contacted them they said sorry there was a problem with our website. Sent a second link and was told be patient 7-10 business days. Didn’t receive and their response was it was lost. Sent another link that then states it was sent back to sender. Response please be patient sent another link that has the same status that the post office has a label ready and that was 20 days ago. I asked for my money back since they didn’t deliver and I got a link that said sorry no cancellations. Told them how can it be a cancellation since it wasn’t delivered and I notified them within 30 days it wasn’t delivered. No response in the past 4 days. Horrible customer service

Do not order from them!!! I ordered it on March 20, 2021 and have not received anything. I tried calling, no answer. Tried to email and it does not go through. At this point I'd give them a Zero if I could! I rarely order online and was really looking forward to receive this package!

Scam! All of the following reviews are exactly the same as the situation I had. I called my credit card company yesterday to dispute this charge from 2 months ago because I still have not received my product. All emails from Sablea them are lies. As soon as I told them in my last email that I was reporting them to the credit bureau, they stopped replying completely. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Apparently I’m not the only one who ordered something at least a month ago and have yet to receive anything…

This is a Joke! I placed an order back in the middle of March and it's now the middle of May and I have not received anything. When I try to reach out and contact them they do not answer. I still have not gotten a refund or the product. This is the worst shopping experience I've had with any site.

Absolutely p#$%@d off with these people!!! Took 2 months to get here, arrived today in the most feeble packaging and guess what,?? The glass was cracked and the fluid had leaked out so my birthday gift for my wife is absolutely useless. Customer support is non-existent Emails to their contact address bounce back. Do not buy anything from them!!!

Ordered 18th March, arrived 14th May. Got all the emails saying it was on its way, which seemed spammy and went to junk folder. I tried emailing their support line but the email was not active and emails just bounced back. I started a charge back with the bank but have since cancelled. On the whole the customer service was shocking, to the point where I had written it off. The product looks cheap and not worth the money I paid. Avoid like the plague.

Ok straight away let me say that I have received mine... they are very slow. Just over 2 months. It says a couple of weeks so if they were just honest about delivery it may not feel so bad.
It is OK but nothing special and have seen much cheaper on ebay and amazon with faster delivery.
I too received the emails others have mentioned saying its on its way. I do appreciate these things have been hampered by brexit and Covid but still this was ridiculous.
Also, it is quite an expensive item for what it is, and it was simply wrapped in bubble wrap no box or decent packaging. With it taking over 2 months to arrive I would say just buy an egg timer haha.
Would I recommend buying from these again, No I wouldnt.

Ordered March 22, 2021. After waiting for what felt line forever, I finally got an email of April 21, 2021 saying it was shipped and gave tracking info which was incorrect and never updated. Almost forgot about the damn thing and then it finally came in the mail today (May 13, 2021)...dripping wet and broken into a bunch of pieces. The package was NOT conducive to such fragile material. I will be disputing this transaction because after waiting this long, I no longer want the product.

I ordered two on 3/9/21 and have not received. I was sent tracking info but it explains nothing. When I emailed I was told all is well and is ok. Still nothing. Now when I email them it comes back no such email!! I am furious and want everyone to know do not fall for their scam!!

I ordered one of the blue sand pieces from Sablea on 21/3/2021 after seeing an ad on Instagram, and I had honestly given up hope. I received 3 or 4 emails throughout the next weeks (Final one was mid last month) that seemed suspicious "Dont worry its coming!", "Everything is normal" etc, it also made me frustrated that there was no way to call them. Anyway I had just accepted that my order was never coming and I'd been scammed, but I literally got my order this morning and I cant believe it finally arrived.. The reason I've come on here is because I came to this page a few times while waiting and just accepted I'd been scammed, but yeah shipping takes months (took about 8 weeks in total for me). I think it takes so long because international shipping was free which is rare so I image they're using some slow way to offer it to their customers. Anyway, try to be patient, but yeah the wait times are loooong and in my opinion not enough communication along the way.

Ordered 3 items from their Instagram ad…should have done more research on them first! I ordered in early March 2021, got billed right away (of course) and received an email that my orders would ship in 24 hours. Emailed them back in early April as I’d never received a shipping confirmation. They gave me a tracking number & said due to Covid-19 that shipping may take longer than usual. Every email since then I get the same exact message from “Anna” assuring me my package is on the way. However, every time I’ve tracked it since 4/5/21, it says a shipping label has been created…last time I checked was today & it’s still sitting wherever in the world it’s been since 4/5/21! Totally unacceptable customer service; emails take days to get a reply and no one ever answers their phone! I highly suspect the “5 star” reviews are fake. Buyer beware & dispute with your credit card company.

Appalling company Sablea! placed order on 17/3/21 and after 4 weeks nothing. Contacted them to ask what was happening as they were happy to take my money but got usual scam type email. Raised a dispute - they say they do not refund on orders! Total scam! Several email exchanges sent etc but have told them they are acting fraudulently - suddenly all emails have stopped! Its almost 2 months now- no items received and the tracking provided goes to an error page. I have taken it up with my bank. Avoid at all costs!
