It took a while but I was very happy with my box saved myself 50 bucks from the lightsaber I pulled

The quality of the saber is wonderful, the blade can take a good hit and the hilt of it is absolutely wonderful to hold! The motion controls for on and off are a bit odd but nothing that is not adaptable! Only issue I had was the weird amount of time it took to have it sent to me, but its a minor gripe at most. Thanks a lot for the good quality of saber guys!

This company is nothing more than a drop shipper for a warehouse in China which mass produces lightsabers. Many of my friends have bought their sabers from there, and ALL of them are having issues. The owner claims all sabers are done locally, which is a blatant lie. They are just cheap Chinese Knock offs. You can buy better sabers elsewhere, and sometimes for a fraction of the price.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing from meeting the team at the booth to bringing home a lightsaber for my brother

The crew were so amazingly helpful in both pointing out details and how too's. Budget options or directing me to sabers that fit my style.

And the saber itself is amazing my brother was smiling ear to ear like a kid in willy wonkas factory over his gift. And I'll definitely be trying to grab one soon so we can have an amazing duel.

Just a tip. Probably don't get the express shipping. Ordered a mystery box on the 6th of June. Didn't ship til the 14th. It's now the 22nd and still haven't arrived. Feeling kinda ripped off paying almost $80 for shipping. Still excited go get my saber but feeling disappointed for sure

The saber itself is quite awesome! Solid, well made and fun to play with!
Why not 5 stars? The delivery delay of 3 to 9 days is more 20 days. Be advised if it's for a gift, it will not arrive on time if you refer to the delay on the website.

Did not know what to expect with the mystery box but was very pleasantly surprised. First, the package arrived 4 days faster than what the tracking website indicated. Second, the hilts I received were significantly better than the website image suggested. I gifted one to my son, the other to my wife and I will enjoy the other two for myself whether its dueling or for show.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the product. The day we received our saber (The Stranger) it broke. I contacted Saber through email the very next day and sent a video and the details requested. It has now been 4 weeks since the submission with no review of the issue. I have called multiple times and was told I had to wait until they were able to review the 30 second video for further instructions. The saber is unusable and should be replaced immediately no questions asked. It broke a few hours after it was removed from the packaging. The Stranger Saber splits into 2 sabers and the reconnects as one. It has become stuck together and will not budge. This also means it cannot be charged again. This was a gift for for my son's milestone birthday. It breaks my heart watching him open the case every morning wishing it would work- and hoping the Saber company will make good on their very expensive product.

Twice I have ordered from SaberX.

The first Time was in 2024 from a FanExpo

The second Time in May 2026.

Both time the packages were delivered to the wrong adresses. The first time I assumed because I ordered off the floor at the con, my adresse might have gotten mixed up with someone else. The second time I ordered online, and it still went to the wrong adresse.

Communication was bare, multiple request for updates were ignored. It felt only after I informed that that I started a chargeback after 2 month, that they started taking this seriously.

I know its not true, because I have seen their passion at the Con.

In the end, I did receive the sabers and I’m genuinely happy I did—the products are great, I have zero complaints about the sabers themselves, the greatest waste of money I have ever spent.

Overall good quality products, no hassle with the shipments. I had purchased a quick release connector for my sabers at one of the conventions and it promptly broke the next day at the light saber workshop. I had bought the quick release connector at the convention and did not get a receipt or anything so I was just shit out of luck with getting it replaced. One of the employees took wrote my address down and said when they got back to shop they would send a replacement but that never happened. I have purchased 11 light sabers from them. I guess another thing to watch is that they will sometimes have sales. I bought two sabers and two days after I ordered them the sabers went on sale, I had just payed full price.
At the end of the day though, the lightsabers are hella fun to play with!

Customer service was amazingly helpful after a small shipping issue.

I bought a Star Wars costume. The size fit much smaller than expected based on the sizing dimensions they provided. They would not honor my request for product return saying they don’t do returns on clothing and yet it specifically said on the order I purchased “hassle free returns”.

The issue has been totally resolved. Customer support was awesome (Thank you Matt). Was a total misunderstanding and some funky AI thrown in. Very happy how things turned out and look forward to dealing more with them in the future :)

Was totally mislead about the May 4th sale. Bought a knight saber with the expectations that it came with a free mystery box because that is what the sale advertised. I was told that after not receiving the mystery box that the knight saber I bought was actually not a knight saber according to 'their' system even though it is listed on the site. Great saber but feeling totally mislead and will probably not trust them in the future, Buyer beware, I just want what I was promised

Was contacted by Saber X saying they will be contacting me over phone soon so we can clear up this misunderstanding. I missed the original call so followed it up by email and was told I should hear from someone soon again.

J'ai offert a mon mari un super sabre de Darth Maul xénopixel pour sa fête, il l'adore! Il a très hâte de l'emmener aux Comiccons. Malheureusement le core a tombé à terre récemment et a brisé. SaberX ont été super compréhensifs et nous ont envoyer un core de remplacement. Nous l'avons reçu aujourd'hui, ça n'a pas été bien long. Un gros merci encore !

I enjoy purchasing sabers at every comic con in chicago that ive attented. Never had any regrets or problems with acquiring a saber from these guys. I plan on getting another saber when i go back to C2E2 2027!

I had a small issue with my saber not lighting up, I reached out for support and have only good things to say about how well saberx was with answering my emails and helping me through the whole process. Now my saber is working properly again and I can enjoy it like intended. I will definitely purchase again in the future. Thanks SaberX!

The support team got back to me right away and helped troubleshoot and resolve the issue. They also offered the exchange accordingly, which wasn’t necessary in the end.
