The sales experience was fine - a few glitches setting up the contract and then not recording a new house alarm code in the system. Selling price ended up £12,000 below original estimate. Otherwise very competent and kept us well informed during the various showings.
Once a sale was agreed, contact shifts to a Ryder & Dutton Move Manager, in our case Laura Gittins who was excellent. Without Laura we would have had no idea what was happening as getting information from the solicitors was like pulling teeth. She was able to talk to all buyers/sellers in the chain which was extremely useful.

Claudette was amazing from start to finish. It wasn’t the easiest of sales but she went above and beyond after the sale to help the buyers and ourselves get everything completed and kept us reassured and up to date. All the office staff were really helpful as also dealt with Lisa who knew everything about the sale and where we were up to can’t thank everyone enough.

Claudette has been a great help throughout the buying process, always answering our emails promptly and being a good point of contact between us and the sellers to make sure the sale went as smoothly as possible.
