Not a very good experience selling our house with them ,it seems they under value properties to sell quick and make them laak good disregarding the interest of the seller this is regarding Middleton branch

Lisa was able to move me along at a pace I need to go. She was always there for advice and guidance. She kept working for me when the buyer was getting complicated 14 months and we’ve got there with Lisa. It would not have been done.👍 without Lisa.

Lisa Royle was responsible for ensuring, eventually, that the property was sold. There were a number of issues with intending purchaser's but Lisa maintained a positive and helpful approach throughout.
I was kept fully informed of matters throughout.

The property was put on the market in December 2023 at a somewhat optimistic value and took about 10 months to eventually sell. Lisa was involved throughout to bring about the sale.

House went on the market 18th April 2024 and it Sold by 7th June 2024 - so we are really pleased with Ryder & Dutton Middleton and all the staff there.
Particular thanks to Jordan / Elizabeth / Megan for pushing things through and being approachable throughout the process. Thanks also to photographer Jade who did an excellent job in making the photos look fantastic! - All in all a great service.
