We bought a house through Ryder and Dutton and were transferred over to Megan in the Manchester office to help us until completion. Megan was very polite and helpful and always chased things up for us quickly. All in all, we were pleased with the service.

Kizzie made the entire process very smooth and easy. She was very polite, easy to get in contact with, very helpful with her knowledge as this was my first time buying a house and she also pushed things from the sellers side to speed up the process.

So I cannot stress how I feel about Tracey and the Ryder and Dutton team in Lindley. I was selling my family home as a single person after 10 years. Navigating this process as the only adult was sometimes difficult, weighing up everything for my kids. However. the support, experience, knowledge and fierce backing I received from Tracey and the team was the only thing that got me through this process. They understood my reasons for a slight emotional meltdown, gave me great advice, fought my corner and helped shoulder some of the stress with their kindness, experience and genuine love of their role.
