Great Coat
Well made delivered quickly. Only issue is sizing. Whilst they are oversized the small we bought is huge. Suggesting is fits 8 - 10 is very misleading unless it is just for changing in at the beach.

Our sizing guide is based on extensive customer feedback and testing but it can be tricky to get right for everyone. We haven’t had issues raised before around the sizing, so if the robe you received feels significantly larger than expected, it could be an individual manufacturing error. Although it was Christmas time and most delivery's at that time of year are chaotic my order arrived promptly at the time promised and even better my order was in the sale so no brainer ordering from Ryde

Ryde has the BEST customer service & team
Ryde has the BEST team with first class customer service. My coat had an issue with its zip and Larnia and her team offered to replace it immediately. They took the time during the busiest time of the year to send me a replacement. I’m so grateful for their support as I use my coat for work and without it my life was less happy! These coats protect you from wind and rain and keep you warm and functional in any conditions. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Ryde!

Does not cost an earth
I have bought a missthread/shoot robe at an absolute bargain price and I can’t find anything wrong with it at all.It’s amazing, perfect for what I need it for which is keeping me dry on my way to work. Also, I have emailed them few times to discuss the sizing and their customer service is spot on. Hanna deserves a pay rise. ♥️totally recommend it!

Fantastic product

Our Doesn't Cost The Earth range are items that we don't class as 'perfect' - i.e. may have been worn once on a photoshoot, or have some slight misthreading. Small family company, very personal service, very helpful, dealt with refund quickly even though they were experiencing staff issues due to COVID. This company was recommended to me & I would recommend onward.

Absolutely love this company and would highly recommend. Their customer service is fantastic, so helpful when querying sizing, quick response to emails and even remembered me from a previous question I’d asked. The size they recommended was spot on, I absolutely love the coat, great quality and all the pockets! (It’s the simple things in life)
