Awesome customer service from start to finish. Bought Hubby a telescope and needed it delivered for his bday. Andre gave me excellent customer service from the get go. From start to finish I was messaged with updates. Delivery was so fast. Highly recommend the Ryda store.

Ordered a Solarquest Heliofind telescope mount with included telescope, but the telescope was permanently attached and this information was not included on the product page despite them knowing about the issue. I requested a refund, which was refused. I needed to re-purchase the same item from another store which did not have the issue. Terrible customer service, and I will never be purchasing anything from them again.

What can I say about the incompetence and total disregard for people with disabilities.
The wrong product after spending 2 hours to drive to the store and back, rather than acknowledge the impact of this on me, they just decided that they can dictate how I must speak, and continually hung up on me.
Absolute arrogance and ignorance. Extremely dismissive and unorganised.
Several items that I was assured would be there were not, I made no fuss, get home and get half way through the assembly and the wrong scope is in the box. I call stating I was extremely upset about it, and no sense of urgency was shown. Even worse all they cared about was my then quite upset state, and not what caused it.
When trying to explain the disabilities discrimination act I just get spoken over and "whatever". In the background I hear the manager slandering and mocking me to his staff. When confronted he just dismissed anything I said saying he doesn't believe it and kept hanging up trying to force me to comply with something I'm unable to.
I cannot believe the attitude and arrogance of this place. Christian was who I dealt with.

Trash customer service, maybe even put fake positive reviews on their website. Don’t go to this awful shop to buy anything, you will be disappointed! I’m so so so so disappointed, this terrible company ruined my day.

I sent you email twice, only got automatic reply. Called you once. You told me you don’t accept credit card payment now???

I booked it on Black Friday for my Christmas trip.
I called your customer service on Saturday, saying that you will ship the camera on Monday 19/12/2022 by express delivery, and I can get it by this Friday!

And now the price is higher than Black Friday, and you let me reorder it? And I can’t even get it for my trip.

Ridiculous, just ridiculous service! Don’t put fake reviews on your website to cheat your customers! Trash, trash, trash!

Quick postage, easy returns when it didn't work out

Wanted to buy a Nikon Mirrorless camera kit, preferring to buy from a local Aussie company I found Ryda. Was able to negotiate a good price and Pietro was extremely polite.

I have recently bought this 5in. Garmin GPS from Ryda.com on line. This product was very nicely priced and looks superb. Has every thing that was described in detail. When it comes to dealing with Ryda.com it was indeed a pleasure. My Garmin was so easy to find on their website. Transaction was so simple with superb postage. No idea why we must give even 1 Star they don’t deserve it .
I was thinking to buy a camera for while . Then I decide to get Online as HN and GG a bit dearer . I found Ryda website and the good reviews people said they get the order next day lol .. hahahaha . Soon someone will say he get his order before he even think about it. I found the price cheaper in camera warehouse I sent email to Ryda they was happy to match but not give the gifts it comes with the deal which was a bag and strap . I was ok with that .

I put an order on 19 of feb for a camera and some accessories which all was in stock. they didn’t bother to send email to confirm the order been received . 20 feb I contacted them online a guy said I should get email and advice me to check my junk which I did as I am an IT person plus I sent them enquiring email earlier to match the price and get answer back via email so no excuse . Anyhow on 24 of feb we called to find out when I will receive my camera the pathetic answer lol my order not in stock which on the website in stock and the guy I called said it’s in stock and take 48 hours to get processed . What a pathetic business and poor customer service to do that . Either you put me back because you match the price or you waiting to get me one from China to be cheap . I got no idea . Just waste my time with unprofessional people . Please keep away . Plenty of websites will respect you better than this people . Thanks God I got my money back .

The price and delivery were spot on. Cannot fault them, no problems about buying from them again.

Ryda.com.au, the first company to reject my Visa worldcard! Ordered a Garmin navigation and payed with my Visa. Got a confirmation but 4 days later I received a message that they cancelled the order because they had some "concerns about thr security of the card"

I recently purchased a Pioneer Multimedia System with an accompanying Reverse Camera from Ryda. I cannot begin to express, how grateful I found this online business. Product exactly as described. Delivery was extremely fast. Communicaton was spot on, and the price was the best for that unit. I am very happy with my purchase, I've had no dramas with it whatsoever. You are are running a business which is customer based and focused Love It!!
