Bought an airpods pro case a few months ago. The look and feel was excellent however the top part of the case has started to split down middle leading me to believe that the built quality is poor…

Update: got contacted and the product was replaced. Turned out to be an odd unit.

Excellent customer service

The metal catch can be a bit sticky but otherwise I’m very happy with this lead. It feels great and looks the business.

The dog collar I ordered and received is beautiful.
Truly stunning, I ordered a bigger size than I need at the moment for my puppy so have now ordered a smaller one as I am so impressed.

Ordered a 16" leather laptop case with my initials stamped on it. Delivered in days. The quality and finish is designer label level without the exorbitant mark-ups of established fashion brands such as Dunhill or Gucci. Will use them again for sure.

Amazing quality. Real hand made items made out of real leather for reasonable prices. It's so rare to find quality products at any price range so I'm very impressed. I have bought a dog collar and a card holder so far and will be back for more! My personalised item came in a couple of days which I think is outstanding.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan to obtain a new harness, collar and lead in an EOL colour. I had originally ordered the wrong colour for the complete set, however, upon providing a photo, Ryan guided me through the returns process and ordering of the correct colour. Communication was second to none, responding over the Platinum Jubilee Bank Holidays. The quality of the products is exceptional and I would use Ryan should I need to replace any of the products going forward. Excellent Company, Excellent Customer Service - you would be hard to beat in this day and age. Thank you Ryan, I really appreciate the support provided.

I have visited many many times Ryan for leather goods and I must say that his products are of high quality and great value for money. Used to shop in Bond Street at renowned leather brands but there is nothing better about them in comparison to Ryan’s goods! So decided to do a swap of brands for the better! High recommended!

First collar broke after a few weeks after emails getting stuck (AOL no doubt) Ryan has agreed to replace the collar with no quibble .

Hopefully it was just a one off fault .

Can’t fault the customer care tbf

After shopping around extensively (and not wanting to pay £180 for an Apple MacBook sleeve) - I stumbled online on this company based in Greenwich. I liked the back story of the company - how the company was started etc. I had also ordered a couple of other mid priced sleeves from other companies - but had to return them because the quality wasn’t great. I ordered the blue leather with orange lining and must admit the quality of this sleeve is amazing. Really tactile and supple leather. The stitching is perfect and fit is very good. I had it personalised and this was embossed perfectly. I ordered the sleeve on Wednesday and it had arrived on the Friday - and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had it by New Year’s Eve. I really can’t fault the quality or the service and will be using this company again.

I and several family members have bought the glasses case from Ryan London and I have recently bought a second one for my wife. They are good quality leather, look great and are a much slimmer alternative to the usual optician supplied hard case. Arrived quickly.

I have only written two trustpilot reviews prior to this one and was conscious of sounding like a moaner so wanted to write a positive review and the company that sprung straight to mind was RYAN London.

I ordered a leather collar for a new puppy and although it may be classed as pricey the quality of the leather and stitching was great as was the free embossing.

The speed of production and delivery was also amazing.

We have had a number of complements from other dog owners and I never hesitate to recommend RYAN.

Ordered a iPhone 12 case from Ryan not only was service faultless, the case exceeded my expectations.

Full leather no plastic inserts just enough of a lip for camera and screen (with protector) and as its full leather the button action is great as its direct as such.

I bought an iPhone 10x case from Ryan. And actually the wrong item was shipped which was just a small mistake. I contacted Ryan and he immediately fixed the issue and sent me a the right case. He was apologetic and mistakes happen so it was cool... especially when the business goes out of their way to make things right. I appreciated that. The case it self is great. It thin and has a very custom look and feel. This is my first case and the craftsmanship is exquisite.
