Horrible personal/family situation last year and realised I needed legal support. I contacted Katherine and within a few days had a free 30 minute consultation with her. Katherine was genuinely so caring, kind and understanding and yet so professional. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She gave me advice on what I needed to do next meaning I didn’t have to actually instruct her just yet but she explained if at any point I needed to instruct her she would be more than happy to. 1 year later we found ourselves being taken to court.
