We had a great buying experience! Lots of trailers to choose from, but not many within our price range. The process was so easy! Communication was fantastic between sales personnel.. all questions were answered.

Great customer service! I was on a tight schedule to get my new trailer and they made sure to meet every expectation I had!

After being put with Debra as our sales rep 2 1/2 month in things went smoothly from there.

We were searching for a used travel trailer near our home. Everyone had delaminated trash dumps. This store (RvDepot) kept coming up on Google so we started looking. Found multiple options that would work and found the perfect one for our needs. Long getaways with two kids during the summer. They have been super helpful and we look forward to a fun adventure this summer.

Gary and Sheila were very helpful. We had a little hiccup but they were quick to resolve it. Larry was exceptional and very thorough on the walk through making sure we knew how to operate our new RV.

When I made the first call Trey answer and he was very nice and profesional and answer my initial questions and send me photos of the unit that I want. Then came DEBORA. She explained to me everything that I needed to feel confident about my purchase. Starting with sending a up front deposit, something that I never did anywhere else. Then Debora give me her personal phone number I she said that I could call her directly with any questions. When I got there to pick up the unit she was there with me from begging to end. He did an outrageous he did a very good job employment for informing me the price and did a good job of handling me answering all my questions and very courteous and helpful and worked with me all the way through the process of getting that trailer I really appreciate how well he worked with me and handled this process

Very upfront with all the information regarding the RV purchase

We bought one camper and they failed to inform us that the title to our current camper was being held as a deposit on said camper. When they couldn’t sell us the camper we agreed on due to water damage they then informed us that they would find us another camper but would not be returning our title to our trade in camper. We was so tired of messing with them that we finally agreed on another camper “they found just for us”. When we signed the papers on the camper we was told the entire back wall would be repaired and any leaks would be fixed. Within 3 months of picking it up we went out and opened the camper up for the first time and there was mold all over our back wall and the floor. We called and they argued that it had been fixed previously but they would do it “on the house” this time. My husband pulled the camper 5 hrs to their shop because all warranties are in house only. He was told they would pull the top back and let everything dry then the wall would be repaired. They had our camper for over the 30 day guarantee (of course COVID was the blame here). We received a call saying our camper was ready so only because we was headed that way to see family we stopped in to check on the work. Low and behold the entire back wall was still covered in mold... then they acted dumbfounded when I told them we wanted it fixed. They kept the camper for another week and then called and said it was ready. This was after several phone calls and me being told I could not speak to the owner when I asked to. We did not get to camp this summer due to the parks being closed due to COVID but my husband opened the camper up recently and the whole back wall is again covered with mold. We have literally camped in this $25,000 rig ONCE. We will have it a year in December. I would run from this place as fast as you can. They are a bunch of liars who don’t stand behind their word. I have put off writing this review in hopes that my mind would change and they would make things right but obviously not. Colt was our salesman.

Kendrick and Deborah were awesome and they helped us all the way. They are super friendly and they went above all to get us the trailer. I give them 5 stars. Super stsrs the whole team.

These guys have done so well considering how things have to be done now with this terrible virus. We have talked with a few of the staff during this process and all have been so professional and very nice. It is much appreciated by us both. Thanks to Kendrick for having to jump in mid stride to work with us. You are a sweetheart!! Our new RV isn't new but it sure looks like it. Everything works, a great explanation of all the crazy buttons to do this and that was given by Kendrick, all our questions were answered quickly. This was an enjoyable experience. We have been so nervous and excited to get our Landmark Oshkosh and now we have it thanks to RV Depot!! Thanks so much guys!!!
