I want to start with a disclaimer: I had attempted to complete my Level 3 qualification twice before with two different companies, and both experiences left me out of pocket and extremely frustrated. Because of that, I chose Russbridge specifically because they are local, and I felt reassured knowing there was a physical place I could visit if anything went wrong. In this industry, having a real, accessible training centre matters — especially when so many online providers feel questionable.

Russbridge has genuinely exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is excellent — supportive, understanding, and human. The tutors are incredible, and I want to give a special mention to Ruzina, who made the learning experience engaging, clear, and enjoyable.

I recently completed my TAQA (CAVA) and Level 4 IQA qualifications with Russbridge Academy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The course content was clear, well‑structured, and easy to follow, and the support from the tutors was excellent throughout.
