Need to call support to download packet, but support won't return messages or answer calls
After buying the 2-week rush service and filling out all of my information, I need to call them and speak to a representative before they allow me to download the packet. This is so they can "review the application." But before finding out you need to call them, you must select the day you will mail your packet. You will be charged an additional fee if you mail your packet after that day.
So I set my mail date two days from the date I filled out the application, not realizing I would be waiting for them to call me back. And that I could not proceed without speaking to someone on the phone.
Since I submitted my application, I have called them three times and left three messages. I also opened a ticket on the site through their chat support. The ticket and my messages have not been responded to.
I am still waiting for someone to return my calls, and no one answers when I call the number on the site.
Now that I've missed the mailing date due to no one answering the phone or returning my call, I'm afraid I will be charged a fee for missing the mailing date. At this point, I may miss my trip since I'm unable to get ahold of anyone at rushmypassport.com, and this whole process has wasted a week of my time.
