Even after paying for letters, real communication is almost impossible — no live video chats, no phone calls — making it clear that the site’s main goal is to keep men paying rather than facilitating genuine connections.

The site itself is not bad, but the women on it have 2 to 3 accounts, they only change names and cities, they only ask for money for tickets to fly to you, for food, for medicine, the girls are on it with the goal of making money, I do not recommend wasting time and especially sending money to strangers..)

I am very dissapointed about what just happened to me on Rusdate. And unless I get a refund for the latest payment I made, I won't be paying for ANY more monthly subscriptions ever again. You can forget it!

You have made it so that we men cannot even read the messages women send us. We assume that after we have "matched" and liked eachother mutually that the messages we receive are going to be mostly positive and optimistic with at least maybe the possibility of future communications and maybe a date or a meeting if all goes well...

This time, I matched with someone a few weeks ago, and unfortunately I wasn't able to reply straight away. I have work to do and I cannot always reply straight away.

So then a few days ago she messaged me TWICE, and of course I was curious what she had written to me. She even sent me a 'reminder', if you like, an electronic "gift" of perfume.

So I duly paid the US$25 to read her introduction message and write a hopeful reply. Yes, like a total schmuck, I paid it. And like I say, unless I get a refund for this horrible encounter, I won't be paying it again.

Here, I have attached the entirety of the communications for you to read. This was VERY disappointing for me to hand over AUD$38 to you, only to get this kind of response, this kind of ugly hostile reception.

We are not supposed to fork out nearly 40 Australian dollars only to be berated by what are essentially horrible women with what I can only describe as having some kind of attitude problem.

That is not how internet dating is supposed to work. We are meant to pay for POSITIVE experiences. Not negative ones! So I won't be paying again. Why would I, if that's what I'm going to receive?

I liked the site coz it's safe and support team always ready to help me with my issues. There are many people nearby, not so many in small towns, but still you can find good ones to chat or to go out. Interface is simple, understandable. Give it 5 stars.
