Ho ordinato una borsa Longchamp colore blu navy il 17/09/25 sul sito on line Ruocci. Ad oggi non mi è arrivato niente. Non avevo purtroppo controllato prima le recensioni. Temo sia una truffa e non mi servi niente

Questo sito è una fregatura , fatto ordine i primi di settembre non è arrivato niente a oggi , se non mi atty niente denuncerò alla polizia postale ordine n QXRHWUELF

I want to return my bag. Not satisfied at all with customer service. I have attempted multiple times to reach company to no avail. States website not available. Item was not the color I wanted and very very disappointing. There was a huge delay in receiving item and then it was not as advertised.
I will give a very poor review if not handled immediately. I want to return product and receive my refund to original payment.

Received my longchamp bag cut open after waiting a month. Product was destroyed during shipping. I emailed them and have not received a refund or another bag. Very bad experience. Scam.

Una truffa. Prima dicono che il prodotto è stato spedito, dopo aver aspettato 2 settimane mi scrivono che il prodotto è esaurito.

Esperienza positiva, sito affidabile e serio, prodotto originale e più bello che in foto. Esperienza positiva.

Questo ecommerce vende prodotti falsi. Mia moglie ha ordinato una borsa longchamp per 49,95 euro e ha ricevuto una cosa che su temu avrebbe pagato 3 euro. Ovviamente nemmeno Paypal l'ha protetta poiché deve rispedire il prodotto. Peccato che secondo i loro termini e condizioni, devi pagare tu la restituzione (con le poste costa 32 euro) anche se sei stato truffato. La cosa scandalosa è che Paypal alla fine è involontariamente complice di questi truffatori.

Prodotti contraffatti spediti dalla Cina. Non comprare. Sconsigliato. Borsa champlong palesemente tarocca. Nel sito non è indicato alcun indirizzo di negozio fisico

Non comprate da questo sito, articolo mai arrivato, soldi mai restituiti. Denunciate alla Polizia postale. L'articolo è stato restituito da più di 10 gg e ancora non mi hanno restituito i soldi!!!! Se saranno onesti cambierò la mia recensione!

Non comprate da questi impostori. Ho ordinato una borsa Longchamp e dopo più di un mese mi è arrivata una pessima imitazione dalla Cina. Non rispondono alla mia mail per restituire la borsa. Purtroppo non ho controllato prima di fare l'ordine.... NON CI CASCATE ANCHE VOI

This company is selling fake items - wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. The Longchamps pliage bag I ordered some time ago has not arrived, the tracking doesn’t work and now the company’s website is not working. At least if their website is not up and running they can’t be selling any more fakes under this company name. Not happy at all. Will file a charge back claim with my credit card company- thank god I used credit card for the purchase. But please don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not order from this company.

Meno non posso mettere , lo stesso articolo lo ho trovato in un altro sito Cinese a un meno di 1/5 del prezzo che loro vendono , inganna il nome Ruocci.it e si pensa articoli che partono dall’Italia invece vengono dalla Cina e quando devi restituire pretendono sia a tue spese . Un vero imbroglio

Le finiture, in particolare dei manici, sono mediocri.
Mi aspettavo un prodotto migliore.
