Bought the Air Runbuds recently, couldnt wait to try them out ,was left totally deflated. The sound was awful, when anywhere near traffic they were totally drowned out by the noise and I live in the country,tried them around the house whilst hovering, again had to have the volume on my phone at full whack . Save your money try a trusted brand .

Bought a pair of minis and pros. They have been great. Recently had an issue with the right ear pod on the minis, contacted via email and Kelly has been quality sorting it out for me. Would highly recommend 👌

I got the Runbuds mini as I have small ears. My first set I had an issue with connecting one bud - great customer service and a new set was sent out immediately.
New ones are perfect. So light I forgot they were there during my long run.

I ordered the Rubuds Mini and they are perfect! I have very small ears so the average sized Rubuds kept falling out, and the team at Runbuds were efficient and helpful when I asked for an exchange of them. The Mini’s are so comfortable and the sound is clear. I very much recommend!

I would highly recommend this company, I made a stupid mistake with my order and the customer service team (Grace) dealt with it swiftly and sorted the stupid mistake I made with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. The quality of the earbuds are fantastic too.

So sorry but earphones are worthless. I bought 2 of them and both same crap, poor quality :-( Stopped working after 2 week. Barely you can hear something.. loosing the connection. I have tried return them but was an issue as was open box. I understand cannot be returned but if they dont work properly.. i dont get this. As a client i have right to return item if doesnt work but customer service decided that open box cannot be returned.. that is hash.. i had to threw them as are useless :-( just let everybody know, i would avoid buy them as price is high for the quality l they offers :-( i would recommend to avoid :-(

Got these (in pink?) for my birthday from my wife as I needed new running headphones. Was really grateful to be getting a new set, until I tried them.
It pains me to say it, but these are absolutely awful.
Bluetooth cuts in and out during my runs as soon as the distance is from my ear to my pocket… I am 6’5, so maybe it’s further than a normal person, but the Bluetooth has a shocking range. (It’s not my phone, I’ve tried them with 3 different phones)
They don’t fit in their own case to charge! -This is the most annoying thing for me. I have to remove all of the rubber for them to fit in the charging case. It doesn’t close with any of the attachments on the ear buds. Crazy!
They’re pretty lightweight and feel a bit cheap… they haven’t broken or anything but the headphones and the ‘charging case’ are very light. Feel a bit flimsy.
Have updated review as customer service sent me a complimentary upgrade. Very kind of them!
Just had a try of the new run buds ‘pro’
Like night and day! Sound quality is great- wayyyy more weight and power in the drivers, they charge properly, fit in their case and the Bluetooth works from the other end of my garden (which is about 25m away).
Comfortable to wear and for £50 they’re pretty good considering most similar pods are about £100-200
Haven’t had these for a long time so it’s obviously not been a full test drive, but so far so good!
Strong customer service points from me also, the runbuds team have been great resolving my issues with the ‘air’ model.
Conclusion: spend the extra £10, get the pros, they’re worth it.
4 stars cos its a shame the ‘air’ version were so pants!

Bought a couple of pairs of runbuds for myself and my wife and got an amazing deal for both, once they arrived (which was next day, so quick) we found that my wife's were a bit big for her ears so we contacted them and they were more than happy to swap for smaller pair. Delighted with the service and the products.

They lasted just over a year, then the volume was really quiet and tinny.
They wouldnt replace as was out of warranty (which I understand), just disappointed in the build quality of something that barely lasts over 1 year.
It's also incredibly damaging to the environment - to produce crap like that this that doesnt last long then goes in the bin.

So this is my review 7+ months on.
Both pairs of run pods I brought are still going strong, had a few connections issues here and there but nothing major.
Tried them in rainy conditions and they work perfectly, battery lasts a while too.
But they defo need an upgrade now to complete with the likes of dre beats, bose and apple. The biggest issue I had was in windy or noisy conditions the sound quality wasn't the best.
So guys, in future upgrades it would be good to add better speakers, and noise cancelling tech.
Other than that, decent buds.

We purchases a pair of Runbuds just under a year ago, all work well until 1 side stopped charging. I email customer services and within 6 days we had a new set delivered. Absolute brilliant customer service you can't get much better than that. There was no issues just a new pair sent out.

My daughters has the mini RunPods and one stopped working. We contacted RunPods and despite their suggested solutions we could not make it work so RunPods sent us out a new pair without any hesitation. Absolutely amazing customer service from Katie and a great product overall. We would never go anywhere else for running earphones.

My wife and I bought a pair of Runbuds each - she got the Pro buds and I got the Air buds. My previous earphones were cheap and nasty but my Airbuds are fantastic. The sound quality and battery life are amazing.
My wife previously had very expensive Bose earphones but she says her Runbuds Pro are much much better in every department - battery life, sound quality, connectivity and, crucially, staying in place when running.

I ordered some runbuds air but they would not stay in my ears at all. I emailed them just asking advice on how to make them stay in. Mel replied offering me an exchange for their mini runbuds with free return postage. I hadn't seen these before I ordered. These fit perfectly. I'm so pleased with them. I would definitely recommend this company. Their customer service is excellent. Thank you Mel.

I inadvertently order 2 prs of runbuds. Once I realised I tried to cancel, unfortunately the order(s) had been dispatched. I contacted Runbuds and received an email from Mel who was incredibly helpful. I was order a 50% Reduction if I'd like to keep the duplicated second pair. I responded requesting a full refund. I received a printable returns label within hours. After chatting with my brother, I decided to keep the duplicate pair at the reduced price. Again within hours I received a refund notification.
A massive thankyou to Mel for her customer service and prompt response to my requests, despite me changing my mind.

I had a problem with the charging unit meaning only one of the runbuds was charging. I got in touch and received not only a reply the same day but a replacement set was put on order straight away, free or charge as they were still under warranty. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
