This company who emailed me from the above address is blocking replies. I wish to complain about their useless product which I received recently. I want to return their worthless item, but clearly they do not want to be contacted.

I ordered goods on Dec 7 and it’s now December 22nd - the company does not know where the product is. Very disappointing…

Purchased from a site with a .co.uk domain. There was no mention of it being shipped from the USA, unless hidden in the small print.
Ordered on 22nd May 2024, and here we are on the 3rd June and the package has only just been "... inspected at the customs of United States"
I emailed this "company" on 24th as the tracking number provided stated the parcel was "NOT FOUND" and received an auto-reply directing me to an AI Bot, which was incapable of providing any assistance as to the whereabouts of my package.
Now I'm wondering if I will be clobbered with a customs fee and the inevitable Post Office fee of £8.
Terrible service. AVOID at all costs.

Avoid like the plague, goods never sent 4 weeks later got a refund because I had to request it

I bought a glass case for my Samsung S21 which lasted three months and cost me £18.64 in total. One of the little plastic tabs that turn the mobile on and off fell off rendering the case useless as there is now just a hole where the tab should be and it is impossible to turn my mobile on or off unless I poke a matchstick into the hole to operate the switch on the mobile. Strangely, they told me "quality was not a problem" and offered me £1 in compensation to save sending the case back to China and I could keep the case. They asked for a photograph which I sent showing the lost tab but still they want the case returning to China which is their way of fobbing me off. What is the point of my keeping a case that doesn't work? Why do they want it returning when it is perfectly obvious from the photograph I sent them what the fault is?
The case also rendered the biometrics on my mobile inoperative as it couldn't read my print through the glass but I thought I could cope with that, then the tab fell off, held in place by a flimsy little ribbon.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING THIS ITEM.
Magnetic Tempered Glass Double-sided Phone Case For Samsung. It is complete rubbish, poorly made and not fit for purpose.
When I refused their £1 compensation they upped their offer to £1.50. Both offers were an insult.
The seller will do anything to avoid replacing this faulty item or refunding the purchase price.

Took more than a month for magnetic chess to arrive. Bought two as that was the offer and at just short of £30 total... Not the cheapest!! On arrival, contents were magnetic discs not the pebbles as per the box cover (and the advertising). Cheaper alternative inside was disappointing. Customer service refused to acknowledge difference to expectation and said just keep because after sales will take too long. They had no interest in trade description issue or refund. AVOID.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Looked them up before ordering two phone cases and thought great UK based. Checked status of order and being delivered from America! Received both cases and one okay and the other one damaged. Requested a refund but after several emails back and forward they kept offering compensation. Firstly 2GBP and then 3GBP. I do not want compensation just a refund. Not impressed and still fighting for a refund even now.

I ordered a phone case that doesn't fit the phone properly so I decided to contact customer service where I got told that after reviewing some photos I sent ,they think they sent the right product and if it doesn't fit my phone then I can gift it to friends.Despite the fact that on the website it clearly says to contact them for refunds they will not give you a refund.If the phone doesn't fit in the case then it's my fault not their case.The worst customer service ever.Avoid at all costs.

Scam company. Avoid. They have a UK website but are based in china. I cancelled my order a few minutes after placing it as they overcharged me by £5 and I realised the payment had gone to another company. Bit of a fight to get the refund but luckily I had paid through PayPal and it was sorted in 10 days. Ardentenquire.com, shanyoutina and shipping24hservice.vip are the 3 companies I had to deal with about the cancellation. shippingat24hservice.vip Is a known scam. Avoid.

Ordered cordless zero trimmer hair clipper advertised on instragram on 31st of October and now approaching 5 weeks later still not recieved it.
So I can only assume these people are total scam artists and I’d advise anyone not to order anything from this charlatan company. Disgraceful nasty little people.
Also I would give them zero, minus if I could, but on trustpilot you have to give at least one, which hurt me having to do. Anyway you’ve been warned about this company.

very poor quality item. Return costs were almost as much as the purchase price, so it was hardly worth sending back.
Don't waste your money.
