HOME TRIAL
If you want to try your favourite rug at home, Rugs of London offers a home trial service. Select your rug and choose a convenient time, and our sales advisor will visit you to place the rug in your home. We usually charge a deposit, which will be deducted from the total price of the rug if you decide to purchase it.
RUG RESTORATIONS & WASH
We also offer complete in-house professional cleaning services for any rugs. For more about our rug restoration and washing services or for a quotation, please contact us at info@rugsoflondon.com or 0208 900 5971 with your requirements.RUG HIRING
You can now hire our rugs for your special events at a reasonable and affordable price. Generally, the cost of hiring for 1 to 3 days is approx. We could also arrange delivery and collection for 10-20% of the rug's value. Also, you can choose a rug direct from our limited hiring-only selection.RUG VALUATION
If you are interested in selling your rug or would like to know the rug's market value, we evaluate all types of rugs through our decades-long expertise! We made our choice, paid for it and took it home to find it was not quite what we wished for. No problem, we returned that afternoon and found hiding away something a little more contemporary. Carpets exchanged on the spot and we now have a lovely addition to our living room.

Amazing choice of excellent rugs and…
Amazing choice of excellent rugs and great after sales service. One of the rugs we purchased from them several years ago unfortunately got burnt by a hot coal that fell off the fire. Within 3 days they repaired it so well it is impossible to tell which area had been burnt.
All the staff are very helpful. We have had a great service from them more than once.

The product was easy to order, arrived on time was immaculately packed, and was good value for money. However, there was no indication which side up to lay the underlay I had ordered and the material itself was rucked up in one place. I had to contact the company, who did though prove to be most helpful . However, I overcame the issue and it has worked well,

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - we visited the showroom to checkout a rug we were interested in and the staff were very helpful - talking us through the provenance as well as practical tips on care and upkeep. We came away very reassured that they were a business that cared about looking after their customer well. The new rug looks great at home and we’re considering a second purchase!
