The rugs I got are exactly as shown and really thick and soft colour is perfect. Also I decided to change my order after I placed it online one simple phone call to the office I got a "real" person straight away and they help me with no issues at all.

Manufacturer fault
Manufacturer fault. On opening my new rug I noted a fault, the replacement was expedited after one email and the faulty rug was taken away on the day the new replacement was delivered. Aoife also kindly gave me an underlay as a complimentary gift. Excellent service, great customer care, highly recommended for anyone seeking a quality product with quality service. Well done to all in the team.
