My order is been shipped out but if the product is anything like the customer service I received it will be fantastic..I ordered something that was on pre order but had too change and they couldn’t be any more helpful,I got a very quick response and everything was sorted within a day ..

The backpack has been perfect for our daughter at school where she can carry her boots, laptop and necessities without the worry of things in her bag getting wet. We will be purchasing from you again.

Horrible customer service, ordered back in March, hadn't heard anything from the company about dispatch, when someone finally emailed they said the goods would be with me the following week. It's now a month later, still don't have my stuff and haven't had a reply from the company either. To make matters worse I have ordered club merchandise, so Rugby Bricks is also making our club look bad and it's not the clubs fault at all

I’m on here as the reviews say it is not a great company, but I had an amazing experience with rugby bricks. It came earlier than expected, 4 days excluding weekends. I rate this company highly, and my high cut tee came as expected, with the wristband as well, great quality.

Rugby bricks is a genuine company and you will receive your goods. They have had huge issues with their rugby tees stock and GB customers like me, have all had a very long wait for them which wasn’t good enough. I placed my order on 9th November and my order finally came today on 22nd March! I have sent numerous emails to customer services and while they always replied they weren’t particularly helpful in letting me know when my order would arrive. It was very frustrating especially when the tees and socks were a present for my son for Christmas! However, when my order finally arrived today they had sent extra tee and ball to make up for my patience and also the extra socks which customer services previously agreed to send.
This most recent order with Rugby Bricks would only get 2.5 stars. But my previous order would be 5 stars- I had no issues at all and my tee came within a few days. So overall I’m happy to give Rugby Bricks a 4 star rating. I don’t usually write reviews but thought I’d be honest about my experiences with this company to try and help others as there’s a lot of negative reviews.

UPDATE- I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. I have now received the tee and the company threw in a free tee and rugby ball. So I now have a very happy 15 year old.

Ordered a Tee end of December. Waited in good faith as they had issues with delivery. I can see the tees are back in stock on their website but they haven't sent out my order. Emailed several times, which they have ignored! I am now doing a chargeback with my bank. What a terrible company! Do not buy from them.

Ordered a kicking tee in Nov for Christmas present. Still waiting mid Feb. Ive had responses to all my emails and all have said 'wont be much longer' etc Absolute load of drivel. Im presuming this company is fake. Do not spend your money with them.

Just useless, I order an in stock tee months ago and still nothing, similar to other friends experience. If you are happy to wait till the end of the season for you product then use these folk

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Do not order from these guys you will never get a refund depaite being emailed and offered one, no reply to emails and no phone number to talk to them.

Steer clear.

Ordered items at the beginning of December, still not received. Absolute joke of a Company. Do not use these. Still waiting for delivery or a reply to my emails. These were gifts for Christmas. Do not use this company!

Unfortunately this company has lost its credit it once had.
Ordered 10th November and paid £7 for delivery.
After 1 week I realised it hadn’t even been dispatched.
After numerous messages being ignored. Finally told they were on pre-sale (which wasn’t on the website at the time) but would be sent out by mid December.
December 23rd and still not been dispatched. No updates

Ordered on November 5th. No communication from them. No order either. Received a generic email from them Dec 8th spewing crap about waiting on supplies. Said to complete a form for full refund.

No refund. No response. I've sent 8 emails. Would not recommend this company. Best avoided.

Complete joke of a company.

Ordered 28 November to be contacted in 10 December to say they had over sold the item I ordered. I accepted an alternative that they said is in stock and can be delivered by royal mail 48 hour service. It's 20 December and no order has arrived. Do not order from them

Ordered a rugby bag for our Grandson for Xmas on the 10th Nov with a high delivery fee of £14. As it’s still not arrived we have sent multiple emails with no response, customer services is terrible & no contact number to speak to a human being. We ordered in good faith as the college he attends recommended this. My Daughter will be contacting the college to make them aware. Any advice…..DONT ORDER from them.

Rugbybricks.com were lucky to get 1 star as there was no option for zero.
