Very friendly and helpful service, and very swift delivery. Beautiful product, a lovely garden/balcony table and two chairs with natural stone mosaic.

We examined the garden furniture and were really pleased with the quality and its prompt delivery. But being the winter we haven't assembled it yet.

They answered our email enquiry and contacted the Italian company and established that they had them . They ordered them and delivered them. Great communication throughout and delivered the items on time as exactly as ordered and a reasonable price .

A friend has a table he bought from Ruby's which I love so I had to order one myself for my new garden. I opted for the Charleston stone table top with brown chairs, fantastic set. I have to say Ruby's customer service is second to none, photos of your purchase prior to delivery and excellent communication throughout, what a welcome change that is compared to other companies. The set is quality, get a cover for the winter and I'm sure this will last a lifetime. Having trawled 10's of sites before deciding I think the selection from Ruby's is excellent value for money. Heartily recommend this company, thank you RGB!

I love the beautiful stone table and chair set I bought from Ruby's. I am so glad I took the time to find something that looks really nice, instead of just getting one of the usual mass produced sets you might find in a garden centre or DIY shop. I think it is a sort of feature in itself in my garden - I like the way it looks - rather than a piece of furniture that gets blocks the view of the flowers. It is very good quality; definitely built to last. The chairs are comfortable too. Very, very happy.

Great quality table, easy ‘ish to put together but one screw didn't fit easily so had to get help.
Very heavy which means it won’t fall over in wind BUT beware moving it on your own if you aren't very strong!

The table we bought is of good quality. Only complaint is the company needs to change its delivery partner....they are dreadful!

Ordered 4 Nardi chairs on 3 May and they were delivered by 9 May, as promised. Can't ask for better than that. I just wish they also stocked the cushions for this model of chair as they seem to be very difficult to come by.
