Had an amazing experience with RSVPassports! We dealt directly with Sharlett, and she made sure to answer promptly through email and even set up a phone conversation to answer questions about expediting a passport. She took steps to ensure my son‘s information was kept safe. She also communicated regularly and kept us up-to-date on the process. She provided a checklist that was perfectly detailed, so when my son went to turn in his documents to the Passport Acceptance facility they complimented him for having everything in perfect order. I was nervous at first to give so much personal information, but Sharlett and RSVP Passports proved to be professional, trustworthy, and we had a passport in hand within a week of turning in all of the documents. I can 100% recommend this company.

What do you do when you realize you have to renew your passport two weeks before going on your honeymoon… you cry a little bit in your car and then you get on rsvppassports.com! I had the pleasure of working with Sharlett, who made the process very seamless, it did cost me about $800 in total, but I receive my new passport within a week of starting this process (YES 7 days).. I would do it 10 times over again, and I highly recommend especially if you want fast, reliable, trustworthy service! Thank you for all of your help!!

The customer service
The customer service, prompt follow-up, clear instructions and constant communication with each step of the renewal process was phenomenal! Initially I was semi-stressed about not being able to have my passport renewed and back in time for my travel, and not only was it back to me in time, but well ahead of the identified time I was provided in the beginning of the process. This process was very streamlined and easy to execute from the online self-service portion of completing the form, to the verification process with the representative, to sending all required documentation, to acknowledgments and status updates, I was very impressed! While I don’t recommend waiting to the last minute as I did to get your passport renewed, if you find yourself in this position you can count on them to get the job done!!
