Royal Smart Tourism / rstrip4u.com should not be trusted with ticket bookings. In my experience, they advertised availability for attraction tickets, accepted the booking, and then were unable to provide valid tickets for the date booked. This left customers believing they had confirmed entry when, in reality, the tickets could not be fulfilled.

This is extremely damaging for customers who plan their travel around these bookings, especially for high-demand attractions where replacement tickets may be impossible to secure at short notice.

A tourism company should only sell tickets it can actually supply. Selling apparent availability without confirmed inventory creates stress, disappointment, and financial risk for travellers.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking with this company.

I am writing this to warn anyone considering booking through Royal Smart Tourism. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased Ferrari World tickets from them in advance, expecting a smooth entry to one of Dubai’s top attractions.
Instead, here is what happened:
• The Gate Rejection: After traveling all the way to Yas Island and waiting in line, the staff at the Ferrari World turnstiles informed us that our tickets were invalid because they had already been scanned and used.
• The Embarrassment: Being turned away at the gate like this was incredibly humiliating and frustrating, especially as we had already planned our entire day around this visit.
• Zero Quality Control: It is clear that Royal Smart Tourism does not verify the vouchers they send to their customers. Selling "used" tickets is either gross negligence or a complete scam.
• The Impact: Not only did we lose the money spent on the tickets, but we also lost the money spent on transportation to the park and, most importantly, we lost a full day of our holiday to stress and anger.
Verdict: Do not be fooled by their prices. The "savings" aren't worth the risk of being stuck at the gate with useless pieces of paper. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Avoid them at all costs—book directly or through a reputable platform instead.
