Horrible smell
Purchased five items from them based on Instagram ads I kept seeing. Received my products and they smell horrible. Made a comment on Instagram and was immediately blocked with no comment from R&R Collective which is just poor business practice. They also have a no refund or exchange policy that wasn’t clear when ordering. My tallow smelled rancid and can’t possibly be used anywhere near your nose because of that fact. Very disappointed.

First, we want to clarify that you were not blocked from our social media. We do moderate and remove comments that are disrespectful or violate platform guidelines, but we always welcome respectful communication and genuine concerns.
Regarding scent, our products are made entirely by hand using natural, unrefined ingredients and contain no synthetic fragrances, masking agents, or chemical deodorizing processes. Because tallow is a natural ingredient, it does carry a mild, natural aroma, and scent perception can vary from person to person. What one person experiences as neutral, another may perceive differently.
We also responded directly to your email to explain this and to ensure your concerns were heard. For transparency, our return policy is clearly stated due to the personal-care nature of our products and our commitment to safety, purity, and quality.
