I've been using other power balls from other brands since I got my first Powerball from other brand from the Nasa's Cape Canaveral store back in 2002. At that time they were only made of some polymers. Having seen the same product but in metal, it just made my life easier to work out my wrists, due to the excessive use of computers at my job and at home. I can say that I haven't complained about my Carpal Tunnel for years, despite my job or my gaming sessions. I work hard with my wrists and my power balls to keep in shape. I can only say that 21 years using this products you can't go wrong with them.

It came with a very strong glue-ish smell and it broke after 5-10 minutes of use. It started to sound weird and smell like burnt glue, and afterwards it stopped spinning and working for good... I own two other powerball models so this was a huge let down.
