The fishing off the pier was great! Conveniently close to a great small bait shop and an Aldi grocery store. Plenty of things to do at the house. My wife particularly enjoyed using the kayaks and bikes.

You will miss the view. Best place to stay! Has everything your hearts desire. Bikes, Kyaks, Fishing equipment, golf equipment. The pool and waterfall are perfect for tranquility and relaxation. We did not want to leave. Plenty of space for the whole family. Cant wait to go back.

This property was awesome. I toom my family here...4 adults and 2 little kids. We spent our days swimming...fishing...watching football on the lanai and taking advantage of the outdoor kitchen..we also took out the kayaks! The room in this house was very generous.. and the big screen TVs were great! This property is also located conveniently to shopping.. groceries...drugstore...and restaurants. I didnt hear any complaints from my wife!!!

We will be back! This is a great place to stay! Lisa and Tim were great hosts and we give them 5 stars all the way! My daughters and I kept our Florida summer vacation tradition and enjoyed every minute here. From the nice big pool, amazing view from the lanai, and clean fresh house, we could not have asked for a better stay! We enjoyed riding the bikes to Fisherman’s Village, exploring the shoreline, and kayaking in the canal right off the dock in our own backyard! You will definitely have all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay! This place could not have been better! Thank you Lisa and Tim!

Our family of 4 (7yr old girl, 4yr old girl) had the most amazing family vacation staying at Royal Palms Monanaco was the absolute best! Even during the rain we made the best of the house. We swam every day and enjoyed the pool to the fullest. It was obviously the girls favorite part of the house. We also played arcade games, pool, and darts which was awesome for when it was a little rainy. Daddy’s favorite part of the house was the covered lani. The covered grill area was every dads dream. The huge tv outside was awesome too! We were able to swim and cook and watch tv, even during the rain. Which the kids also thought was amazing. My biggest surprise was charging chords in every room. It’s something you always forget and they have them for every device you’ll bring. We went fishing and kayaking too which Tim and Lisa have everything for you at the house. Plenty of bike and golf clubs if you’re into that too! This house is amazing and we will definitely be back in the future. 10 stars 🌟

This property is AMAZING. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children under 7 years old. The home is loaded with amenities that made our stay extra exciting. We used the pool, the outdoor kitchen..the fishing poles, kayaks, and basically lived on the lanai..on rain days, we played pool inside, darts and video games (along with building legos) the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was loaded with everything you need. Your hosts Lisa and Tim were available with any questions. This home is your home away from home...except you wake up to the beautiful canal outside your window and the thought that today will be another great day!!!

The home is incredible with everything thought of from cool cups to all the equipment you could want and need for amazing days out. The home itself is beautiful with an amazing lanai to watch the water and relax in the pool.

The house was beautiful, super clean, so many extra amenities! Gorgeous pool with beautiful sitting area and top notch grill overlooking the water kept us outside often! We loved having kayaks and bikes right on the property for our use! And the game room with pool, air hockey, ping pong, darts, and video game system was so awesome! Nicest home we have ever stayed at!

This lovely home has everything we could have asked for in a perfect vacation destination. The heated pool (with basketball hoop and volleyball net) was a highlight for my children. The arcade room and great seating options were perfect options for evening activities. My husband loved the awesome grill, the huge outdoor TV, spacious lanai, and the view. He needed wheelchair accessibility and with a few easy to move ramps, he was able to get to all he needed in the house. We very much appreciate the hosts' flexibility to meet our needs with so much thoughtfulness! I loved the kayaking, the fully equipped kitchen where we could easily prepare and serve all the meals we wanted, and the outdoor lighting and fire table for our evening swims that gave it a lovely atmosphere. The furniture (couches, awesome power recliner, comfortable beds, wonderful bedding) was perfectly laid out and set up. The house was incredibly clean and stocked for all needs. The hosts were super available and answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. We loved the location! It is not a noisy area but rather set in a nice neighborhood. It is a quick drive and scenic bike ride to Fisherman's Village, right down the street for grocery pick up options, and has great seafood options nearby. Royal Palms truly offers the perfect vacation destination and we cannot wait to go back!

This was the ideal vacation. The house is incredible, beautifully decorated. Immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just walking in the front door is exciting when you see the view of the pool and the canal with boats through the back windows. The pool and lanai are so enjoyable because they are screened to keep out bugs and harmful sun rays. There are so many activities available. There are fishing rods, bicycles, kayaks, life jackets, golf clubs and more available in the garage. If there is bad weather, there is a pool table, video games and more in the house. It is near lots of great restaurants and shopping. The owners are always available to answer any questions. Just a lovely and amazing experience!

The house was beautiful, and stock with all the amenities you can imagine! The view of the canal was awesome, the pool and lounge area were perfect, we spent a lot of time out there! Neighborhood is nice for a walk or bike ride. Tim and Lisa were great hosts! I would definitely recommend this house!!

This place is LEGIT ! The pics don't do justice for how beautiful everything was starting with the incredible pool and water view out the entire back of the house ! We weren't sure about staying on the lanai during the day but the 2 giant high speed ceiling fans kept us nice and cool in between our pool visits . We really enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen which was under the roof in the lanai so it was out of the sun and enjoyable . Fun to float in the pool and keep cool while watching TV at night under the different color mood lighting

The place was great, clean, nice. The owners had all the things you would need on a trip like this. High end bikes, kayaks, nice clubs for golf. The dock was great to sit on and look at the water, and fish. Close to down town. We rode the bikes into town, and it was easy. We immediately booked again.

The host provided everything you could possible need from home and everything to provide activities while there. They provided life jackets, kayaks, coolers, beach and camping chairs, beach wagon, shop vac, bikes and bike locks, etc.. In the kitchen they provided a complimentary bottle of wine, a coffee stocked bar, waffle maker, crockpot, griddle which are things you don't see often in rentals. The heated pool, pool chairs, lanais were all great. All the light switches, fans, remotes etc. were very well labeled making it easy to operate. Definitely a 5 star rental!

This is by far the best vacation home I have ever stayed at. If you are going to Punta Gorda Florida there is only one place to stay. Home is beautiful. Also has a game room, bikes, kayaks, pool, beautiful lanai and all right on the canal. Too many pluses to mention without any negatives. Tim and Lisa are the greatest hosts ever. 5 stars do not do this home justice.

Holy smokes, everything about Royal a palms made our experience great. We were just sitting here discussing when we will go back! There are so many amenities….. they have thought of them all. We used the kayaks, golf clubs, and beach chairs and coolers. I could not say enough good stuff about this place. We did not want to leave.

We spent a week with 2 other couples at this beautiful home! I cannot say enough about what wonderful hosts Tim and Lisa were! They have thought of every amenity, comfort, and desire people traveling need! Kayaks, bikes, fishing equipment, coolers, beach needs, and a sunset every night! We had a pontoon boat delivered right to the pier and spent the day fishing. Beach time was spent in JANUARY! The heated pool and lanai were some of our favorite days! They even decorated for our New Years celebration. Thanks for a wonderful trip and sharing your gorgeous home with us. Already rebooking!
