I just ordered 2 items from Round House as I had heard great things about the company. The items were received as promised.

Before wearing, I washed the items in cold water. I then learned that by doing so, I voided the opportunity to do a return or exchange.

The pants were fine, the bib overalls (identical sizing) were much too small to wear. I had purposely purchased a larger size to accommodate wearing sweatshirts etc. so I was surprised.

I contacted the company and "customer service" advised that with bib overalls, one should order 2 or 3 sizes larger for proper fit. To be clear, my complaint is NOT about shrinkage.

I asked if this was posted anywhere on the site as this information would be valuable BEFORE ordering? I received no response.

I'll donate the overalls to charity but I'll think twice before making a purchase from Round House again.

Note to reader: The packing invoice notates that if an item is washed that it can't be returned. I'm wondering if the sizing was accurate to begin with if a coldwater wash would matter in terms of fit?

I guess if you do buy an item, it would be best not to soil the garment as after washing it may not fit.

I believe that they should've been more responsive to my inquiries about sizing.

I also believe that they should've done more to state sizing selections at time of order as clearly they're different between pants and bib overalls.

As for return policies, they did state and I failed to see the rules before I washed the garment. I'm in the habit of doing so before wearing, same with sheets and towels but hey, I should've read about returns before ever expecting that I'd have to submit one.

I'm disapointed and readers should be really careful about doing business with Round House. I wasn't and I've paid the price to learn the lesson!

I'm super impressed with Round House jeans. They make high quality jeans that have a modern fit and are made in USA, believe it or not! I bought a pair of carpenter jeans and they are super comfortable, fit well, and don't look like grandpa jeans. Do not buy the black heavy duty overalls they are anything but heavy duty the material was thinner than most of my church pants. They were advertised as heavy duty and I had bought some brown overalls from Round House last year and was very happy, but not happy with the black ones

Incredible quality, made-in-america workwear. Their prices are excellent for such a high quality product, thick material, and it takes a beating. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Great company.
