WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst experience ever first and for most worst customer service the Korean lady who owns it is beyond rude placed an order online after 2 hours of placing the order they called me to inform me they didn't have the vase or the flowers for the arrangement some flower shop so after being inconvenienced and having to change my order for something I did not want delivery was a disaster it never made it to my mom for her birthday I ended up having my dad pick them up and they refused to refund me a 10 dollar delivery fee when the driver never even made it out to deliver the arrangement when I called she decided to get loud and scream blaming me for her poor management lack of customer service and broken English can't argue with stupid so I decided to call my bank and stop the payment on my card DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HAD I LIVED IN THE AREA I WOULD OF PERSONALLY BROUGHT BACK THE FLOWERS and this is the second review I write she deleted the first one DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND I WILL KEEP WRITING REVIEWS
