Never will I order from them again.
I ordered many days in advance for a delivery of roses to my wife’s room in the hospital after she delivered our new daughter. The roses never came. I called them the following day and was told I can have roses delivered on a later date but we were leaving the hospital the following day. It was the first and last time I will ever purchase roses from them.

Hello Shaheem, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration this experience has caused, especially during such a special and memorable time for your family. We understand how important it was for you to have the roses delivered to your wife after welcoming your new daughter, and we are truly sorry that we were unable to fulfill that expectation.
Unfortunately, the item was sold out, and we were unable to ship your order as scheduled. After reaching out to you and discussing the situation, we respected your decision to cancel, and your order was subsequently canceled.
We completely understand your disappointment, and we take responsibility for the inconvenience this caused. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, particularly when purchasing flowers for such a meaningful occasion.
We sincerely hope you will reconsider your review in light of the resolution provided. If you feel we have addressed your concern, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating your feedback. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and congratulations to you and your family on the arrival of your baby girl.

Terrible customer service…
They delivered to a huge apartment building and just left the flowers outside. Person could not find them and never received. Could not talk to a human at the rose forever company, just received an email back in which they blamed the delivery company. Terrible customer service. Flowers were never received and no refund was given.

Hi Lawrence, we sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience and understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with your mother's birthday passing without the gift arriving.
After further investigation, we discovered that the courier mishandled your package, resulting in it being returned to the sender without our knowledge. We deeply regret that you were not notified sooner and had to contact the shipping company yourself to find out what happened.
We would like to confirm that a full refund for order #167724 has already been processed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this situation has caused.
If you feel that our resolution has addressed your concerns, we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider updating your review to reflect the refund and resolution. Your understanding would mean a lot to us.
Thank you for your patience, and once again, we are truly sorry for this experience.
Beautiful roses but high price point
The price is quite steep for the product, making it hard to justify. The quality of the roses is impressive and they are long-lasting.

I loved my candle vase look
I loved my candle vase look. First, it took way too long for my delivery to be received and the price is way too high for my budget. The vase is gorgeous and after the candle is gone, you can reuse the vase. As far as the smell, it was not a very strong scent, so I wouldnt re-purchase for the above reasons, although the burn time is great and
it last a long time. The looks of the candle vase is great. This is my honest opinion.

My Go To and have never been disappointed
I have bought every style from a single, round box, heart box, square box in a variety of colors. I am very pleased with the way they lasted with no maintenance. The quality are second to none I have bought at least once a year for the past five years.
Once my flowers arrived damaged and they replaced them without hesitation.
Highly recommend.

Rose Forever Candles are simply stunning. I bought one as a gift, but I fell in love with it so much that I decided to treat myself to one. The scents are incredible and have a strong throw. The vessel that holds the candle is truly high-end. I highly recommend these long-lasting candles. 👍

I am completely satisfied with my purchase from forever roses. I was so happy to see the smile on the first lady of our church and the missionary at my church it was the perfect gift I also purchase one for my best friend to show my appreciation for her support during my battle with cancer and having to have 41 neck surgeries. I want to thank you all for your professionalism the great customer service and the wonderful wonderful product that you all are providing. I am a business owner myself and would love to have a wholesale account with you all to sell on the military installations if that's something that you all would be willing to provide me with that would be absolutely amazing. Thank you so much once again I truly love the product and I can testify that they last so alone I bought one five maybe six years ago and it is still going strong. Thanks again you guys have a fabulous holiday. Sincerely,
