Overall, a great service experience

We have used Roost Heating for many years for a variety of heating and plumbing jobs both big and small. We have always been extremely satisfied with their work. The team are very reliable, friendly and helpful and we highly recommend them.

Aiden, Max and Ben, recently replaced eight of the radiators in our house in one day. They turned up first thing and were done by 5 pm. They were efficient, clean, tidy and considerate with the work throughout the day. They were great in identifying, communicating and proactively recommending solutions to potential issues. Can't recommend them enough! :)

I just wanted to share my experience with Chris and Ben from Roost Heating who recently arrived at my property to relocate my boiler. From start to finish, they were professional and courteous, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

Now, my boiler looks absolutely fantastic in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with their workmanship. They also ensured to tidy up after completing the job, which was greatly appreciated.

We were keen to get our underfloor heating serviced by someone who is skilled in such work as we had a fault that others had not been able to solve. We were not dissappointed and Chris quickly solved the problem and ensured that he left us with a well running system. The solar hot water system was serviced without problem, the replacement hot water pressure unit that they brought was damaged in its box and had to be replaced. This they did by buying from a local supplier and it was replaced without difficulty. Chris and Max did a good job and left the space clean and tidy.

We had an issue with our underfloor heating and had been told by another company that it would cost £2000 to fix. We have an Uponor system, which Roost specialises in. Chris and Jack who, according to my wife, are two of the nicest people she’s met, replaced a number of parts on our system, which is now working perfectly, told how to operate it efficiently, and charged us only £400 for a Morning’s work, including parts and a complete system test. From start to finish the best service I think we’ve ever had!

The best company about. We have previously spent thousands with other Eastleigh based services to fix our central heating issues they couldnt get it working properly.
Christian at Roost diagnosed and fixed the propblems straight away. Service is always great and they look after you.

Chris and Max turned up to fix a water heating problem that had resulted in the system having to be shut down. Before they arrived, the office had asked for a picture of the system so that the engineers had the right parts on the van. They sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently, had the parts with them to replace what needed replacing and tidied up other areas of the system that required adjustment and resetting. They were extremely charming, knowledgeable, experienced, tidy and left the work area in a spotless condition. I would highly recommend Roost Heating.

Chris and Jack are truly the A Team they serviced my boiler and replaced a faulty 3 port valve with no fuss at all and in super quick time I am very happy with their work and would recommend to anyone

We moved into a new house and wanted the LPG boiler to be checked over. Christian checked over the boiler and solved the issues that we had been experiencing since moving in.

I dealt mainly with Tareq. He was very prompt, thorough & gave an honest opinion. Communications were very good.
