It was easy to book/reserve a unit
It was easy to book/reserve a unit. Friendly service.The only drawback is the Genie entry app I tried four times to get it to work and failed, the staff also tried. The app download ok and you update your data ok but when you press the button on the app to open the gate it comes up as an error. This is an important feature if you're in a normal vehicle you can easily enter your passcode into the keypad. However, if you are in a truck you need to get out of the truck to enter the passcode.

It was great to have 24 hour access and the freight elevator certainly took the stress out of having my storage unit on the second floor. The premises are great and the price was excellent in comparison to other storage facilities.

Lovely clean premises with helpful staff
Lovely clean premises. Ideal position just off the highway with easy access. But the highlight of our experience was the staff especially Vicki who was so helpful and calmly addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Top class facilities with modern touches.
The whole process from the start has been amazing. The staff are lovely and helpful and don’t just treat you like a number. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable and made sure our needs were met.
We chose Roomia because it just felt more personal. The small touches like trolleys and packing necessities are or high standards. The facilities are modern, clean and well secure.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
