Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at Roomia Butler. Denise was so helpful and very kind. Been there for a year now and would not think to go anywhere else.

Scott and Dee clearly explained the process of operating entry into the storage facility and the unit with the app. They were helpful and friendly and made the experience a pleasant part of our day.

Dee was absolutely amazing, organised our unit, explained everything clearly. Have already recommended Roomia to others.

A great experience, I have told loads of people how easy it was and still is. Even going to upstairs storage is not a problem with the lift and trolleys. You know that all your items are safe with great security, and friendly and helpful staff.

We found the sign up process easy and navigation of the units was easy too.

Friendly and upfront information

The staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are new to self storage, they walk you through the whole process. The facility at Butler is new and clean and utilizes the latest technology.

The customer service, from both Denise and Scott has been exceptional. They both a credit to Roomia.

I've had to use various different big-name storage companies before in my life, and the staff at Roomia Butler are the most friendly, helpful and very communicative. The premises are amazing and clean and secured with state of the art access, very impressive!

Roomia Butler was excellent when I 1st became a customer. The manager Scott went above & beyond to help me. However, they've recently got an operations manager that's way too focused on how often & how long people frequent the facility. Which has resulted in me losing my 24hrs access to the facility because they didn't approve of me taking as long as I have to sort through my belongings at the facility. Unfortunately,I've had a lot of serious medical issues & I'm not as fast as I use to be. Scott's been very understanding of my health issues & the time I needed to sort through my stuff. However, the operations manager had the final say, which has resulted in me needing to change to a different storage facility company to accommodate my needs. I have no issues with Scott he's a really decent man & an excellent manager. Roomia Butler just needs to fire their operations manager, they're way too focused on numbers on a spreadsheet, instead of understanding there's real people behind those numbers.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The facility is modern and well designed. I like using an app for entry.
