Problems with the payment
Manal contact me, super fast. I was having problem to pay premium, the problem was that my credit card did not accept intenational payments, now it does. Manal was very kind and solve my problem very fast.

Mostly false information!
While the layout etc. of the website is not too bad, I would not recommend this platform to anyone: Almost all of the advetisments provide false information in the title/price area etc, you are only able to find the (hopefully) correct details when you go through the body of the message. It is a shame that the platform does not review advertisements for authenticity like most other renting platforms. Also, even after multiple attempts to remove myself from all email consents, I still recieve emails from them - would probably do something about this when I get the time. A very disappointing service.

Having placed an advert with Roomgo 10 days ago as a basic member with a room to offer, I was finding I had several views of my advert but no contact. I left my interest with all room seekers and even requested one particular member to contact myself regarding my offer of a room. Having a basic membership without the upgrade I found hard going. I now have membership courtesy of the roomgo team for which I give 4 stars. If I now connect with a prospective room seeker and an agreement takes place then I would be happy to give 5 stars. I guess I`ll have to wait and find out.

Impossible to find a room
Website is populated by general ads from agents who do not reply to queries. Most ads have a general description, from agents who have, in their words, “thousands of rooms”, and instead of giving a description for a particular room - the one you assumed the photo in the ad corresponds to and which sparked your interest - they describe their agency services. Untrustworthy then - most ads for rooms are probably not available. Not to mention, impossible to get a reply - especially from a certain member called Giovanni who seems to have all the rooms on the platform.
