Very good service Lee was very helpful and fast had a same day move in and he stayed late to help really happy with everything

We sold our property almost immediately and for more than we expected. This was due to the insight and experience of Rooftop's advisor Elliott Jacobs. After the offer was received the real hard work began with Elliott helping us to navigate through the minefield of issues thrown up by the purchaser's lender. Happily all was resolved and both the purchaser and vendor benefitted from Rooftop's service.

Although I did not take the places I had looked at with Lee from Rooftop Estates (for personal reasons), I found the viewing to be very good. Very informative, professional and importantly, honest about what I was looking at. Lee was helpful in offering other places and giving as much detail as he could about these. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking.

After using Rooftop with the previous agents there who failed me on 2 attempts I was rather disappointed in the service as a whole tjat i had received. So when Elliott Jacobs took over the sales role there and got in touch to re market my property in the proper manner that it deserved, i was more than sceptical. But i need not had been. As after our intial meeting, he showed me and explained to me exactly how he runs things and how organised he was! He asked me to have faith in him and for me to give him a fair chance and was positively sure that he could sell my property at the right price-marketed in the correct way! I went with my gut instinct and gave Elliott and his team a chance! I wasn't disappointed. The first 24 hours and there was interest. By the end of the first week we had block viewings and offers and the highest offer took it! I cant thank Elliott and Rooftop enough-their service was second to none and my house sold. Not sure what the other agents were doing wrong but Elliott definitely did it right. If I ever need to buy/sell again I won't be messing around next time and will go straight to Elliott at Rooftop. 100% organised and reliable. Thanks Elliott
