I wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered. They all say the same thing I need to say. Have emailed 5 times for a return of items not worn tried on only, don't fit. Took pics as asked and now no response. We are talking $75 worth of items. This company are thieves. Has anyone gotten anywhere on a return, would like some info! I am looking for a way to return and receive my money back!

I have tried for 2weeks to return items I purchased that were too small, the fabric was not as expected and the items just didn’t look good on me. RONATH says they will do everything they can to make costumer happy but will not give me an address to send them to. Now they will not even respond to a question I ask. I spent over $80 for merchandise that I don’t like and can’t get it back.

The dresses I bought are beautiful and fit great. Took quite awhile to receive them.

The clothes were beautifully packaged and ironed. Very nice quality.

It took a few weeks to get here, but the dress fits well and is very comfortable

Happy with my purchase and the quality of the fabric. As they advertise, It does take an entire month before shipping so be patient but for me it was worth it.

My wife ordered four items from ronath.com. Their size guide is way, way off for US measurements and the clothing didn't fit. The company does not have a good return process (RMA) and has not returned any e-mails for weeks...

I would NOT place any orders with them. There are lots of other clothing web sites with similar items.

I bought three dresses and a top and not one of them fit, although I went by their size guide. As others have said, everything is made of a cheap synthetic fabric and very poor quality. Since receiving them several weeks ago, I have sent 4 emails for return/refund instructions. I have yet to receive a response. This company is in China and will probably never reply. Warning: this is not a credible company and is very unscrupulous. None of the "positive" reviews provide the name of the consumer. They are tagged as "invited"-- probably written by employees or managers.

Length of time from order to receipt of package was longer than I expected. One of the 3 dresses sized XL did not fit me at all, it was about 2 sizes smaller than the other two. The black dress with white flowers fits nicely. The white dress with blue & green florals fits ok.

Clothes were exactly as pictured, good quality, good material, good fit. Shipping was excellent and clothes were very nicely packed so they arrived with almost no wrinkles etc.
Very happy with the order.

STAY AWAY! those pictures are nothing like the clothes they sent. No tags as to what the material is but it is not anything natural. When trying to return no reply, after finding another email address finally a reply with offer of $15 to keep the clothes. Hard no. Reported to PayPal. Do not purchase. Oddest fits, terrible material, off sizes, bad customer service

I am pleased with my dress! Fit was as ordered, delivery was timely. Longer than shown but I like it! It is hard to find modest, comfortable dresses but this is great. I admit I was concerned about ordering through a FB ad because of past disappointments but no problem. Thank you!

The dress I ordered is lovely but is a small fit. I am an average medium, but it was too small for me by quite a bit. Would recommend ordering at least 1 size up.
The medium tops though are great - lovely quality, very well made and very comfortable.

Received my order. Two dresses and a blouse. The dress fabric was HORRIBLE. Felt like crisp paper. The blouse was too large. There were NO return instructions in the package. I emailed the company and they offered $20 plus keep the product. I wanted to return the horrible product and get my full refund. Next offer $31 so I returned the product to the shipping address on the package. Tracked FedEx and received at the point of origin on my shipment. Now they are arguing that it's not the correct place to return product. That it should be Dubai. Still no refund. DON'T BUY FROM RONATH. I will continue to contact them daily until I get refund in full

I don't even want to give one star. The product is horrible!!!! It didn't look like the pictures, it had a burnt chemical smell, it's made of a synthetic material I cannot identify and it has no tags, AND it took 6 weeks to arrive. I'm currently trying to get a refund but I have little hope. I feel stupid for ordering.

After waiting for 2 months my items arrived. They are poor quality. The Customer Service has been very unsatisfactory with emails not replied to, requests for updates and information ignored and when I finally asked for e refund I had no reply. I had no despatch notice so was unaware the items were on their way. Overall I am very dissatisfied.

I send an email asking for this 4 times and never received authorization or even, in the case, of 3 of the emails, any reply. I do not find this a credible company. In addition, the material is described as a cotton blend, but it feels totally synthetic

Zero stars. Products are poorly constructed with odd proportions. Fabric is the cheapest polyester imaginable. The hot sweaty shiny plastic like kind. Colours are variable. The photoshopping in their ads is so over the top it’s extremely misleading. Want to return something? Nope. Many emails to be told I could get a discount on my next purchase. I won’t be making one. Save your money, don’t buy this crap. It is not as depicted.

I waited for 8 weeks for something that isn’t a quality product. I finally received the two dresses and top. I am very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. They look handmade, no professional edging, and not at all what is shown in your ads.
I will be donating these to a charity. I will not be wearing them. I will also never order from you again.
