DO NOT CALL THE HELP LINE referenced in other reviews. I made that mistake and had my computer hacked and purchases attempted on my credit card, PayPal, Amazon account and others. I admit to being gullible and falling into the trap, but Ronath has a call center that supports frauding Americans. It's a China company with a California office full of THIEVES! DON'T DO WHAT I DID!!!

Do not order from this company. It took six weeks for the order to arrive and I did not receive all the items I ordered. The packing slip said I did but items were missing. One on the shirts is so small my 9 year old niece could not fit into it. She is a XS. Shirt was suppose to be a XL I cannot get anyone in customer service to help. Feel ripped off.

Can not say one good thing. Took forever to receive the item. Terrible quality. Description did not properly describe the item. Ordered L but the fit through the shoulders and bust would maybe fit someone that ordered small. Cannot find a way to return the item.

Loved the items, hate that it took 6 weeks to get them.

Order arrived very late and disappointed with the fit. It said for mature women but the large was very tight in the bust. I liked the material and the flare but can’t wear because of bust issue. I ordered to your sizing but was disappointed.

Item was delayed, I told them to cancel. They insisted it would be delivered promptly. A month later, item arrived - terrible quality, 3 sizes too small! What a rip off!

I ordered a lovely dress from Ronath. Though the shipping took a long time, about a month, as was expected, the dress was very nice when it arrived. The fabric was nice quality, and the fit was just right. I am 5'8" and 190lbs, and fit an XL perfectly. Thank you for the pretty dress.

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered a dress but then read negative reviews on this site and cancelled the order immediately. This was well within the 24 hours stated in the T&Cs for a full refund. My request was ignored for several days until I then received an email to say the order had been shipped and therefore couldn’t be cancelled. What a scam!

Am very pleased with my two tops - they are lovely and very well made, much nicer than some I have ordered from other places.

Started my journey on 4/19/2021 last response was 5/18/2021. Should have known better. I filed a complaint with the FTC Asked for a refund. All I get is the same lies just on different days. They are a scam outfit.

The styles and colors are good but the fabric is awful - very artificial / plasticky feeling. Unlikely I will ever wear these. Very disappointing.

I love this top! Great fit, flattering for my extra 15 COVID pounds and comfortable while having a knockout look!

This is an update on my previous review. A month after ordering, I received my order. I did not like the way the dress looks so I decided to return it. To my surprise, they only accept returns for defective products. While no defect can be seen, the dress is poor quality and very unattractive. I have made many purchases on line and, on the rare occasion where I was not satisfied with my order, for a myriad of reasons, returns were hassle-free. If I learned anything from my experience with Ronath, it's to read the seller's return policy BEFORE placing an order. Very disappointing and aggravating. Hopefully someone at Goodwill can benefit from my unpleasant transaction with this seller.

The pictures show such beautiful dresses and the descriptions do the same. But what you actually get is something VERY different. Both of the dresses I ordered were no where near the right size. It was like a size 10 had been put on a 14 bottom. The torso was way too short also. The material feels like a think plastic, not any type of clothe at all. Don't waste your money. I've been trying to return them for 2 weeks and they keep asking for pictures even though I've sent them pictures and explained in detail what the issues were. DONT BUY FROM HERE - What you see is NOT what you get.

I have been emailing everyday for a week trying go get an authorization to return their dresses. Horrible customer service.
Now let's review their dresses. They are horrible. I can even describe the material, I've never felt anything like it. CHEAP, CHEAP.
