Such a fantastic service. Need some wheelchair tyres for my 99 year old. She pushes the wheelchair until she tired, and we can push her home and a comfortable seat in cafes etc. Could not have been more friendly and helpful.

a week and a half later and still no further to fixing my scooter. (4 months old)

got the Denver plus that stopped working while out rand roma who told me not there problem.

refused to do anything till 28/05/25 after i threatened legal action now waiting for a supposed engineer to ring.

i with no knowledge already know the issue and how to resolve it but won't take advice

meant to be going on holiday in 10 days that without my scooter i will have to cancel with no chance of a refund they have assured me it will be fixed by then but after the way they have passed the book and speak to distressed disabled customers i won't hold my breath

Very poor product (a Roma mobility scooter) from a very uncaring company. It comes with a truly annoying reversing beeper that cannot be disconnected. Because they class the scooter to be a medical device, they consider it should not be tampered with in any way. Well I have news for you, I purchased it, and so I will do with it what I want. Fortunately an engineer friend of mine can locate and cut the wire to the beeper and therefore resolve my issue. Such a shame that this company would not entertain such a notion. It's called customer service!!!

SELL 'DEATHTRAPS' AND ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY! Bought a Roma scooter which ARRIVED with faulty braking system! If on a slight hill, I would roll into a road, or roll backwards into people! Contacted the seller, who sent out several engineers over 14months and couldn't fix it! Took it to a local scooter shop (at my expense) who diagnosed it as a faulty motherboard from factory! This scooter should NEVER have left the factory! Roma accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY! They told me it was up to the seller to sort it out. Unfortunately the multitude of engineers wasn't capable of diagnosing the problem. So I am stuck with a mobility scooter with FAULTY BRAKES! Roma are disgraceful for ignoring the fact THEY MANUFACTURE 'DEATHTRAPS'!

The people that work here are absolutely amazing especially Paul from technical !I bought a mobility scooter for my dad it's been absolutely perfect had a problem with the batteries and Paul sorted everything out there and then on the phone very happy with outcome 😃

This is the same company as Invamedm I'm not sure why they have two names.

The prices are good but you sacrifice any customer service. The issues I encountered:

- I have tried to contact them 3 times, twice by email and once via the contact form on the website. They responded to none of these

- The product was delivered to me (a disabled person with mobility issues) by a man who couldn't put the box inside my home and insisted he leave it outside my door. The box was blocking my door and had my partner not been home, I would have been forced to leave the expensive product outside. I was not warned of this

- I was not given any notice of the delivery despite their website stating that this would happen. The tracking on the website didn't work so I couldn't tell what was going on

- When I placed my order it showed as cancelled for a prolonged period of time. I tried to ask customer service about this but they didn't respond

- There was a massive sticker on the delivery box stating not to accept delivery until you have checked the box or they will not be responsible. This is not stated on the website and the box was delivered in such a way I could not see the sticker

I wouldn't recommend ordering with them. Luckily the product works and was delivered in one piece but I'm concerned what would happen if I did have an issue (now or in future)
