Thought I’d give this casino ago. After depositing quite bit I managed to build a balance on the slots which was great fun! Currently 27 hours from submitting a withdrawal. Still pending.. will keep updated but hopefully will receive funds very soon
I would just like to say that rolly spin has 250 of my winnings and wont release it till I send them a photo of my passport a bank statement through pdf format and a utility bill and proof of the date I spent money on there which they already have cause they have my bank details I really dont get why they need all these important personal details really beginning to think its a scam please let me know if anyone else has had to send so much personal stuff to get whats owed they didn't need all this verification when they took your money sent all the correct documentation and its still not enough so please give them a wide birth they still have my 250 winnings and dont seem to want to part with im a 65 Yr old pensioner and was looking forward to going on a spending spree with what I had won fat chance now

They previously confirmed that my withdrawal is valid, secured, and “on its way”, but since then I have been completely ignored on both email and live chat.
This is extremely concerning and unacceptable

Je demande simplement la fermeture de mon compte, sans retrait ni opération financière.
Le casino refuse systématiquement et exige une vérification d’identité complète, alors même que :
- mes dépôts ont toujours été acceptés sans vérification
- aucune suspicion particulière ne m’a été signalée
Cette exigence apparaît totalement disproportionnée et constitue un blocage abusif à la fermeture du compte.
Je suis actuellement contraint d’envisager un signalement auprès de la CNIL pour non-respect du RGPD.
Soyez vigilants avant de vous inscrire.

Don't join stay away.I have put loads on only took once and that's when I first joined, i've asked several times for over a month.For my account to be closed due to the lack of wins given by the site, they have ignored this request. Even though I've told them that they're having an effect on my mental health. And my gambling is getting out of control. The site stuff are very rude. Don't want to deal with t. Request, keep getting told. It's been dealt with and it's a priority but nothing's been done for a month to close the account. They don't care about anything making profits.

STAY AWAY. Contacted them numerous times asking to close my account and they just ignore all requests. They are just complete scam artists trying to get you to deposit more against all responsible gaming regulations.

Crooks is what comes to mind about this casino. I've been asking for my account to be closed for months and at first they emailed me back but now they just ignore me. You go on their live chat which is a waste of time they cant help and say wait to hear back by email. They do not pay out if your lucky enough to even win. STAY AWAY theres other sites out there.

Whatever you do do not deposit you will not get paid out if you win there live chats lies to you and sends you around in circles. Nothing to do with id or anything like that they just won't pay you out. So far over four weeks it was been checked by the game providers I've been priority ten times it's been processed 6 times it ls been send but there was an issue which was resolved apparently it'll be in in 72 hours now apparently it's back at the beginning and been checked by the game providers and everyone else I've spoke to in the last three weeks was lying Emily William jack were young on live chat according to Anna on live chat I've got all the screen shots (it's is the 24th of Feb now still money a month later) new update 3rd of march still not paid out coming up to six weeks now I'm still on priority and still been checked by game providers which I was told in live chat four weeks ago was done but it's still been checked according to their customer service is a joke site full of lyers. Still waiting still been checked by providers. Ended up wasting the money for the fun of it these will never pay you out don't deposit is my honest advice. 16/03/26
