Previously a tenant of ROCL Housing and had such a great experience with. The property was handed to me in great condition and it was looked after really well. Whenever any repairs or maintenance was required, they were super responsive and repairs were done quickly. Such a great landlord and would definetely choose to rent with them again in the future.
I can't thank Tom and Kim from ROCL enough, they have completely changed my view on private renting. After a difficult experience they offered a suitable house and every step thereafter has been simple and efficient. Their support has been second to non and myself and my family feel lucky to be renting with ROCL.
I’ve just moved out of one of ROCL Housing’s properties and I can honestly say the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Kim and Tom were absolutely amazing throughout – always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything.
The moving-out process was easy and quick, which made everything so much less stressful. The portal was also very easy to use, making it simple to report anything or keep track of information. Any issues I had during my tenancy were dealt with quickly, and their response time was always impressive.
I would highly recommend ROCL Housing to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive housing provider. Thank you again to Kim and Tom for making everything so smooth and straightforward!

I have been with ROCL for 7 months now, the process to rent was excellent, the house is lovely, I have had 3 small issues one being heating in that cold weather I had responds and engineers within 2 hours was amazing, property manager and team keep me informed and the housing app is very easy to use thankyou ROCL
