Great responsiveness- thoughtful draft design with an opportunity for feedback and of course a beautiful end product. The plaque for our dog Milo was done to perfection really appreciate the efforts!!!

Father's Day was approaching and I could not find anything for our dad which was unique and not commercialised. I came across Donna's website by accident and was impressed by her work. I contacted her directly and, not only did she answered quickly, but she was more than willing to create a beautiful personalised plaque for me in a quite short notice. She was a true professional, quick to respond, polite, friendly and very helpful. And, as I said, her work is amazing. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for a unique gift for yourselves or your loved ones!

Donna was wonderful to deal with, I made a few changes with fonts before I decided on the perfect one and she sent me a proof before the final one was made. She shipped it out fast and I got it in plenty of time for the one year anniversary of my spouses passing.

Bought some Christmas stuff 2/3 yrs ago and have just found their site again and ordered a few things. I have to say that the delivery was almost immediate it arrived within days and the quality of the product was excellent.
I am so happy I found the site again and will certainly be ordering again and telling friends. The lady that runs the site is extremely helpful and certainly goes out of her way to make sure that you have the right order and that you are happy. EXCELLENT, VERY HAPPY
