I made an order on the 8th December and emailed an enquiry of its progress on the 19th. I received a prompt reply explaining the delay and that they expected it to be with me by Wednesday 23rd. It duly arrived today, good quality and in good condition.

Reviews suggesting that this site is a scam are erroneous and completely unfair.

I ordered a Christmas gift and it has been delivered in time for Christmas.

I am wholly satisfied.

As per my previous review I still have not received my parcel that I ordered on 28/11 which looks doubtful I will get I did however get very unkind emails from John Storm customer service manager basically saying that I have been harassing them as I’ve been emailing asking where my order is they says this is against the law and is harassment and that they do not need to and are not willing to provide me any tracking information for my order so I now have a upset daughter thinking she won’t receive these T-shirt’s for Christmas I’ve even asked for a refund but still no reply I’m very distressed and upset at the way this company has treated me and the correspondence they have replied to me with ...please avoid them has anyone else who complained received their orders as yet? As I’m still waiting after nearly 4 weeks

I am really frustrated with this company and I would never normally write on this type of site to air my views. However, I’m hoping somebody at Rockmerch will see this and answer my complaint.
I ordered a T shirt for my daughter on 8 December, had confirmation on 11th saying my order was complete. When it didn’t arrive by 15th, I sent an email enquiring as to where it was. I have had nothing back from them and I’ve resigned myself to the fact I won’t be getting it now. I just wish, when these companies offer you the chance to email them, they would have the courtesy to get back to you. If the T shirt order can’t be fulfilled, then I’d gladly accept a refund. But it’s the being left in limbo I don’t appreciate.

Ordered December 4 until now I haven’t receive my items and no updates of the status and no reply to my emails. Scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Like so many of the other reviews on here, I too have not received my order.
I ordered on the 28th November, received an email on the 1st December stating the order had been processed. As another reviewer stated, I thought this meant it had been dispatched. I have sent three emails now and had no response. RockMerch have replied to some of the negative reviews on here stating that we should allow 5-7 working days and stating lack of staff and Royal Mail are to blame. Quite frankly this is rubbish! I’ve ordered other goods from businesses after the order date with this company and received them all.
This company is shocking! To not respond to customers emails is bad practice. I’ve noticed they have now put a notice on the website stating if you’ve ordered after the 15th December you won’t receive your order until January.
This company should be reported to trading standards.
I will be contacting my bank to get a charge back as they obviously are totally ignoring all of their customers.

Ordered a vinyl record exactly a month ago on 16/11/20. Few days later I received a confirmation the order is complete which I presumed also dispatched and therefore was expecting it to arrive by the end of the month. Fast forward several weeks, I have had no replies from the 3 emails I sent them. Found their FB page (surprise surprise 120 likes) and messaged them there too and they promised to get back to me within 24 hours...3 days later and still no reply. I threatened them with negative reviews on their FB page and now they have removed that option! It also seems that they are deleting negative comments under their posts.

I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

I removed my previous post due to a response funny how as soon as I put it up they respond... same as the post before me ordered 24/11 T-shirt for my dad for Christmas apparently it’s withy local postal office, same as other reviewers today I took it up on myself to check with Royal Mail again was told minimal delays 5 days maximum. I’ve also used Royal Mail at work we sent stuff out 2nd class record within 3 days they’ve arrived all except one which took 5. Funny that isn’t it. Also just watched watch dog Royal Mail are saying ordered by the 18th will still reach where they need to be by 24th. I have been offered a refund and recall but said no as I thought if it’s at the local office it should be here by now. Nope nothing fuming!!!!

My order was processed on 30th November. Still haven't received my goods or a reply to my e-mails and can't find a telephone number to call.
I appreciate that many online businesses don't have contact numbers, but in the absence of such a prompt reply to emails is not an unreasonable customer expectation.

Ordered a T-shirt and received an email stating the order is complete. Been over a week and still no delivery. I have also emailed a dozen times and still waiting for reply

Great product and experience. Postage is free so not tracked and due to current delays with postage being slower for standard mail, the order did take a few days to arrive. My partner is a postie and says delays throughout the UK are usual on standard mail at this time. So be patient and allow extra time if buying gifts. Would highly recommend for excellent price and products. The official product range is very cool and prices are hard to beat!

Ordered items on 5th November and received 5 days later. Exactly as described. Great service.

I ordered on October 28th of 2020 and my order was "processed" and hasn't even shipped yet. Even cost me $9 for shipping. If I were managing this company, I'd be firing some people. I'm not impressed and a little irritated still with no word from the company on where my stuff is or updates on order status.

I ordered a vinyl on 10th November, got an email on 12th to say the order was processed and on it’s way. It’s 19th now and still haven’t received my order. I emailed a couple of days ago to enquire as to the progress of the order but have yet to receive a response.
